I don't know about all of you, but I am pumped for the Grammys. I've been counting down the days until we get to see Kendrick Lamar and Childish Gambino perform, and hopefully see SZA win all of the awards. Music's biggest weekend officially began with the MusiCares Person of the Year gala on Jan. 26, where artists gathered and performed tributes to this year's nominee, Fleetwood Mac. The internet is going wild for the tributes, including a video of Miley Cyrus singing "Landslide" by Fleetwood Mac. TBH, I have chills.
On Jan. 26, artists gathered at Radio City Music Hall in New York City to celebrate MusiCares' 2018 Person of the Year honoree. I honestly hadn't heard much about the gala, but according to the Grammys website, it "is one of the most anticipated events during Grammy Week each year." Fleetwood Mac is the first band to win the award (in the past, it has always gone to individual artists), and they were chosen for "their significant creative accomplishments and their longtime support of a number of charitable causes, including MusiCares." Past honorees include Tom Petty, Lionel Richie, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Aretha Franklin, and Brian Wilson.
Miley Cyrus caused a stir with her infamous 'twerking' performance at MTV's Video Music Awards in 2013.
But the Malibu songstress couldn't have looked more different from her scandalous performance while performing with the legendary Elton John at Sunday's Grammy Awards at Madison Square Garden in New York.
There, the reformed wild child, 25, commanded attention in a ruby red Zac Posen gown that looked like it was designed for a princess during her performance with the music icon.
On Saturday, Miley Cyrus shared a series of sultry photos to wish her followers a happy Easter.
The 25-year-old singer followed up the sexy sequence of shots on Sunday by unveiling three risque videos that came from the same shoot.
Dressed in a variety of outfits, including a see-through white dress and a pink bodysuit, she suggestively performed throughout the Polaroid-tinged scenes.
A few years ago, Jimmy Kimmel’s wife Molly McNearney teamed up with Rihanna to give Jimmy a custom Bad Gal RiRi wake up. With strobe lights, fake cash, and a live rendition of “Bitch Better Have My Money,” Rihanna rushed the sleeping late-night host, still wearing his mouth guard. Not to be outdone, this year Molly enlisted Miley Cyrus to come in like a wrecking ball, fake rubble and all, to give Jimmy another early-a.m. wakeup. This one went a little more awry — “I hit him in the balls with the sledgehammer,” Miley admits after — but every good prank has a little collateral damage. Kelly Clarkson, can you be next?
