A renowned MIT computer scientist resigned from two jobs Monday amid outrage over his remarks describing a victim of financier and sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein as seeming “entirely willing” and posts to his personal blog advocating for the legalization of pedophilia and child pornography. In a post on his personal site, Richard Stallman, a visiting scientist at MIT and well-known open source software developer, was unapologetic: “To the MIT community, I am resigning effective immediately from my position in CSAIL at MIT. I am doing this due to pressure on MIT and me over a series of misunderstandings and mischaracterizations.” He also resigned as president of the Free Software Foundation, an organization that advocates for the development of open source software, according to a statement from the foundation’s executive director. Stallman started the organization in 1985 and had served as its president ever since.

JEFFREY Epstein's guests were secretly filmed in every bedroom and toilet of his New York City home, one of his accusers has claimed. Maria Farmer alleges she was abused by the disgraced paedo when she was a 26-year-old aspiring model in 1996. The now 49-year-old told CBS This Morning how Epstein's' home was under constant TV surveillance. She told co-host Anthony Mason how Epstein showed her the 'media room'. Maria said: "The main thing he did when I walked in and thought was interesting, he showed me where the men monitoring everything were. "So if you’re facing the house, there’s a window on the right that’s barred – that’s the room, the ‘media room’ is what he called it. "And so there was a door that looked like an invisible door with all this limestone and everything and you push it and you go in and I saw all the cameras.

A second woman who was allegedly abused by billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein has claimed she also had sex with Prince Andrew. The woman, who has not been named, has reportedly been in contact with lawyers representing the other alleged victims. It is currently being decided whether these accusations will form part of a lawsuit against Epstein’s estate, with a ‘rigorous investigation’ underway, according to The Mirror. However, there is no indication that the woman claims the sexual encounter was non-consensual. Buckingham Palace declined to comment when approached by Metro.co.uk. This follows Virginia Giuffre’s accusations that she was forced into sex with Prince Andrew after being trafficked by Epstein. The Duke of York, 59, has categorically denied this.

Convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in downtown Manhattan on August 10, 2019, and though there are many questions surrounding his death, there are even more about the man himself. While Epstein surrounded himself with a collection of powerful and high profile figures, the wealthy financier lived a majority of his life in privacy, avoiding television appearances and media interviews almost entirely. And though the federal charges brought against Epstein in July served as a gateway into learning more about the secretive life the 66 year-old led, filled with a controversial plea deal, luxurious travels around the world and alleged sex abuse rings, public intrigue about Epstein, who neglected to give any public statements following his arrest, has heightened. In the course of a five-month investigation, 60 Minutes obtained photos of Epstein's cell after his apparent suicide. Also found was a note, giving the world a look into what Jeffrey Epstein may have been thinking in his final days. The note was written on yellow lined paper with a blue ballpoint pen and there were complaints about jail conditions. The note says that one guard "kept me in a locked shower stall for 1 hour." "[Another prison guard] sent me burnt food." "Giant bugs crawling over my hands. No fun!!"
