Do you occasionally get jealous of Taylor Swift's seeming perfection? If so, this Tonight Show sketch is a refreshing palate cleanser. Swift joined Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show Wednesday night, and popped up in a sketch starring Fallon's teenage girl alter ego, Sara (no "h"). Swift donned large glasses, multiple Scrunchies, braces (with fake overbite!) and a Scrabble-tile necklace to play Natalie, who likes to eat apricots and has a Band-Aid collection. The Tonight Show spoiled the surprise by posting a video of Swift in makeup with her overbite to its YouTube channel earlier this week, though that doesn't really mitigate the initial shock of seeing Swift like this.

Taylor at the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon Taylor Swift confirmed an appearance on the Aug. 24 MTV Video Music Awards and also showed off her glue-gun scar, but the highlight of her Wednesday appearance on The Tonight Show was her Ew! sketch with host Jimmy Fallon. Decked out in huge glasses, faux braces and all manner of hair accessories, the singer, 24, assumed the role of apricot-eating 13-year-old Natalie Benson, who likes "building popsicle-stick castles by myself, sometimes." Sara, Fallon's character, tried to engage her in a conversation about Pretty Little Liars, but Natalie said, "My mom hasn't let me watch television since Miley Cyrus twerked." Natalie also brought a glittery drawing of a pegacorn — a hybrid of a pegasus and a unicorn. And while Fallon and Swift didn't do the "awkward dance-off" that some of the singer's fans had hoped for, they came pretty close during part of the skit, dancing to Selena Gomez's Come and Get It.

Last night, T-Swift tried to explain to Seth Meyers how she looks so darn good after she exercises. The Late Night host presented the pop star with several paparazzi pictures of her exiting her gym (like the one on the right) in which Swift’s hair looks perfectly coiffed, her clothes immaculately pressed, her iconic red lipstick on her lips. “I picture you in the locker room taking up a lot of space,” Meyers joked. “I like to bring a change of clothes,” Swift said defensively. “I bring a hairbrush with me.” Swift is clearly doing a bit more than running a brush through her hair. Having a body guard to help carry your things probably helps: most people are still a little flushed after leaving the gym, juggling purse, gym bag and water bottle. But even compared to other celebrities post-workout, she looks curiously flawless. Who can wear such high heels after a run? T-Swift can, that’s who.
