In the second position, it placed the brilliant Ekaterina Mitrofanova, a companion of Tsurskaya albeit followed by other technical staff. The thirteen-year-old in Moscow confirmed the placement of the short-program and in the longer segment of the race showed character to sell failing to react to a difficult start characterized bailout triple lutz and triple flip. In the end, the young student of Sergei Davidov managed to complete two double axel and seven triple jumps, getting the first podium of her career in the circuit. On the lowest rung of the podium stood the eighteen-year-old Japanese Nitaya Rin, who has edited the personal best overall ranking in bypassing the most quoted compatriot Kaori Sakamoto, today suffers from a double dip on the triple lutz and triple flip. She has irremediably compromised the chances of reaching the final putting into play the Russian Fedichkina, which will be engaged in Logrono next week, and fellow Wakaba Higuchi, entered the stage in Zagreb. However, if there are no surprises, she's not expected to get the ticket to Barcelona, in addition to the already qualified Tsurskaya, Sotskova and Mihara, should be Shiraiwa, Sakhanovich and Honda.
