Selena is telling nasty fat-shamers to take a hike! In a revealing Google Hangout session for her new Adidas NEO line, Selena showed she was more confident than ever and said ‘exhausting’ bullies have no place in her life. Selena Gomez, 22, has experienced fat-shaming first-hand, but she’s not letting those bullies control her. During her Google Hangout Q&A session on May 14 for her Adidas NEO line, Selena finally opened up about how she really feels about those “mean” bullies in an inspirational and confident speech. Get ’em, Selena! When asked by fans (at around 16:15 into the video) what one thing in this world she would change if she could, Selena turned to the camera and said, “Bullying. I would deactivate every single comment on any social media. I think you should have an email where you can send in questions, but you should be able to post what you want, say what you want, be what you want without anyone judging you or making you feel like your self-value is from an Instagram post or from people liking your post.” “I’d get rid of bullying,” the Adidas NEO collaborator told the fan when asked if she could change one thing in the world. “People are so mean, it’s exhausting.” The 22-year-old, who made headlines after showing off her bod in a revealing bikini during a trip to Mexico last month, recently addressed body-shamers on Instagram. "If I'm not enjoying what I'm doing, then I'm doing something wrong," Justin Bieber’s ex-girlfriend offered. "I think life is very, very, very hard and I've never had anything come super easy to me no matter what people may think, and I continue to be the best I can be and I just want to enjoy it. We only have one life and it is very precious, there's a lot that we can do and there's a lot that we should do. If you're good and you're kind to other people and you work hard and you're actually doing something with your life, I think that's so fulfilling."

Selena Gomez has a quality girlfriend in Vanessa Hudgens! The High School Musical alum appeared on Watch What Happens Live on Thursday, May 21, where she was asked whether she was an accomplice in recently helping Gomez avoid Justin Bieber at the 2015 Met Gala. "Getting spicy now are we?" the Broadway star, 26, replied while playing coy about the subject. "Um... I mean, not really." Hudgens had a very rational perspective about Gomez and Bieber's off-again, on-again romantic history. "She's one of my best friends and you just want to have your girlfriends’ backs," Hudgens mused of her Spring Breakers costar. "So that's what I did. We didn't really try to avoid him or anything. I mean, no one really wants to see your ex boyfriend." Bieber, however, was more forthcoming about being in the same room with Gomez. "Selena looked gorgeous at the Met Ball!" the “Baby” hitmaker told TMZ the morning after the gala earlier this month. As previously reported by Us Weekly, Hudgens, Gomez, Bieber, and a slew of other stars hit the swanky afterparties following the Gala on May 5. At the Standard Hotel — where Solange memorably attacked her brother-in-law Jay Z in an elevator after the 2014 Met Gala — the former Disney actresses mingled with Jessica Alba, Reese Witherspoon, and Kerry Washington. Following that bash, Gomez hit Rihanna's party at Up & Down, where Bieber was partying with Kylie Jenner's boyfriend Tyga. A source told Us that Bieber "tried very hard" to speak to the "Heart Wants What It Wants" crooner, but their run-in was brief.

Slow down, Jelena fans -- yes, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez hung out Wednesday night ... but they are not dating again. Not yet anyway. The reunion of everyone's favorite on-again/off-again set the Internet on fire, but here's what really went down. Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. -- who counts Bieber and the Kardashians among his flock -- posted a series of videos from a gathering Wednesday night in L.A. ... and both Bieber and Gomez were there. According to our sources, the exes were cordial, but that's it. In fact, Bieber brought rumored girlfriend Hailey Baldwin with him -- another sign there's no reunion on the horizon. We're told this isn't the first time Bieber and Gomez have been together lately -- they've both been to a few of Pastor Rich's gatherings in recent weeks. So, no romantic sparks for now. Give it time, they'll be back together -- and broken up again -- eventually.

Selena Gomez attempts to stand up for herself against what's said about her on the web. The former Disney star posted a photo message on Friday that read: "I want to claim my own name." "You have watched me in pain and I've owned up to it through my music and actions," Gomez writes in the caption. "The Internet is meant to keep you 'updated' but it just takes old news and freezes it like it's now." The emotional message continues: "You have watched me in pain and I've owned up to it through my music and actions. I grew up with you." Gomez has undergone quite a bit of scrutiny over the past few years. In addition to her extremely public on-again, off-again relationship with Justin Bieber, she was also recently called out for her fuller figure in a series of bikini pics. While many thought the singer/actress never looked better, there's always a few body shamers on the Internet. "I am beyond excited to show you the next chapter, the TRUTH," Gomez writes to her 33 million followers. "I've been keeping so many secrets." Justin Bieber was arrested in Ontario last year after he got into an altercation with the paparazzi while he was driving an ATV with Selena Gomez, and the singer is just now facing the consequences in court. According to TMZ, Justin plead guilty to simple assault and careless driving, and has to pay a fine of $750. A National Post reporter who was in the courtroom said that the pop star wasn't physically present, but he video called in and was very polite. The reporter also said that the judge gave Justin a little advice at the conclusion of the hearing. "The lesson in all of this is to think before you act in the future," they said. We're glad that Justin isn't facing any jail time, and hopefully he's a better person after this whole debacle. Since he's been working really hard to clean up his image and stay out of trouble, we really hope this is the last time he'll be facing criminal charges.

The singer said last week that she was ready to reveal the “TRUTH”, and it may be sooner than we had expected. On Tuesday (June 9), she posted a photo of herself in the shower with the caption, “Ready.. #itscomingsoon.” For those thinking that someone just randomly snapped a pic of Selena showering, look a little more closely. It appears this may be from some type of shoot since she is surrounded by studio lights. Fingers crossed it’s for a new music video. The pic comes a few days after she reached out to her Selenators, saying that she was “beyond excited to show you the next chapter.” She admits she’s tired of the lies that are being reported about her.
