Viewers of iHeartRadio Live With Demi Lovato on Monday night were left with more than just a fun, vibrant concert from one of the voices behind "Let It Go," the theme song from Disney's animated film "Frozen." Demi's most impactful moment on stage, arguably, was her heartfelt speech about overcoming obstacles. Before singing "Warrior," the 12th song of her hour-long show, Demi took two minutes to tell the audience that it was OK to ask for help. "I've been through a lot, and you guys have supported me every step of the way, and I thank you for that," she said on the iHeartRadio Theater stage. "I get sick and tired of sharing my story, but every time I tell it, I know one person is going to hear it that never heard it. "No matter what you go through, whether it is a mental illness, being bullied at school, or cutting, having a substance abuse issue, or an eating disorder, don't be afraid to ask for help. That's what I did," she said. Lovato stressed that those who have confronted their struggles deserved credit for turning their lives around. "I want you all to know that you saved your own life, and you should be very proud of yourself," she said. "You are worthy of life. You have so much ahead of you. So just work it out. This goes out to all of my warriors."

Demi Lovato arrived at LAX Airport on Sunday ready for a long flight to South America. Instead of piling on the foundation and mascara, Lovato boarded the plane without a stitch of makeup on -- and she looked gorgeous showing off her clear complexion and flawless good looks! The barefaced star walked into the terminal for a 12-hour flight to Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she's set to perform on her "Neon Lights" tour. Lovato -- who's rocked blonde, blue, and pink hair in the past -- also debuted a new ombre look that highlights her natural beauty.
