The Prince, who was joined by Major General Riho Terras, the head of Estonia's Armed Forces, said to Captain Tarlap: "I was trying to explain the reason why we became friends, because you had the internet, the computer, do you remember?" The officer smiled and said: "So you could email your girlfriend." At the time the Prince was enjoying an on-off romance with Chelsy Davy. The officer later said: "I was the only guy in the camp who had a computer with internet access so he had the chance to chat to his girlfriend or family. I think everyone was trying to get a connection with people at home. We were sharing a room and he would just knock on my shoulder and asked if he could use my computer." Speaking about his days working with Harry at Forward Operating Base Edinburgh in Helmand province, Captain Tarlap added: "When the Estonian company wanted to do some patrolling in the area we ordered some air support and I would ask Harry if this was possible and he always tried to do it. "It was always planned but sometimes it was a last-minute call." He added: "He was usually in a good mood and happy - he was always positive. He would make jokes and just talk about simple things usually. He was very friendly and always happy and excited to get new tasks from his commander. You know what he is but when you speak to each other you use first names like everyone else."

The 28-year-old lawyer has officially moved on from her royal former boyfriend and has spent the past two weeks on a romantic getaway in Africa with Charles. According to the Mail On Sunday a friend of the loved-up pair says they have been travelling through Zambia, Mozambique, and Malawi, spending their time fishing, trekking and going on safari. "Charles was planning to propose on holiday and everyone thinks he has now done it" a source told the newspaper. "He is off-comms out there, so if there in an announcement it will come this week when they return home," the friend told the Mail. Chelsy, is said to be 'inseparable' from Charles who works as a third-generation jeweller at Goode & Son, whose high class baubles are worn by celebrities including the Beckhams, Kate Moss and Kate Winslet. However Chelsy has maintained a good relationship with the Royals and attended the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's wedding in 2011. She is said to be attending Prince Harry's rumoured 30th birthday bash, which is being organised by his sister-in-law Kate, who is planning to transform one of the rooms in Kensington Palace into a nightclub on his big day – September 15. An insider told The Mirror, Harry doesn't mind that his birthday guest list includes some of his former flames including Cressida Bonas, Chelsy Davy as well as his new love interest model Camilla Thurlow. “Harry has no problem with seeing his exes all under the same roof. Let’s just hope they don’t either," the source said.

Prince Harry is reportedly rekindling his relationship with ex Chelsy Davy. The 30-year-old royal is said to be in daily contact with his former girlfriend, who recently split from her jeweller boyfriend Charles Goode. The blonde beauty quietly called time on her relationship with Goode three months ago, but new of the break-up only hit last week. Now, it's reported that she's reuniting with her former flame, whom she dated for six years, five years ago. While the pair regularly attend the same events having so many friends in common, her newly single status has prompted speculation of a reconciliation. "Harry and Chelsy are talking nearly every day," an insider told Grazia. "They have always had amazing chemistry, so it's no wonder they've been drawn back together." "They have mutual friends so they're always at the same events, but there was something about the meeting before Christmas. Since then, it's been very flirty. Everyone in their circle jokes that Chelsy is Harry's Camilla because, like Camilla for his father, Chelsy is the one woman Harry could never get over." It's also believed that her friendship with Harry after all these years influenced her split with Goode, whom she dated for a year. "Harry and Chelsy's closeness definitely had an impact on her split with Charles. They have amazing banter as well as chemistry. They've always got on so well and everybody can see it," the source added. "There are still the same problems as before, because Chelsy doesn't enjoy life in the spotlight and the duties that come with dating the prince. But her reluctance spurs him on. He loves a challenge and he's always seen her as the one that got away." Harry split with actress Cressida Bonas last May after two years and since has been linked to German model Anastasia Gusev and socialite Camilla Thurlow.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle married in their stunning royal wedding in May 2018. During the ceremony, the Duke of Sussex melted hearts as he appeared to shed a tear of joy as he married his bride. However, in the days before he tied the knot Prince Harry is also said to have had an emotional moment with ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy. Royal author Katie Nicholl, writing in Vanity Fair last year, spoke to friends of Ms Davy and the prince about the tearful phone call. A source told Ms Nicholl: “It was their final call, a parting call in which they both acknowledged Harry was moving on. “Chelsy was quite emotional about it all, she was in tears and almost didn’t go to the wedding. “In the end, she went and promised Harry she wouldn’t try and gatecrash the party.” Ms Nicholl adds: "Though reports claimed Davy was there, a family friend told Vanity Fair that she didn’t get an invite to the party." Both Ms Davy and Cressida Bonas, who dated Harry from 2012 to 2014, were in St George’s Chapel for the royal wedding ceremony. However neither were invited to the evening bash, which was held in Frogmore House on the Windsor estate.

Chelsy Davy has even opened up about how she ended the relationship because she “couldn’t cope” with the glare of the spotlight. Ms Davy is perhaps the most well-known of the Prince’s ex-girlfriends, as she and Harry were together for a number of years. Their relationship began in 2003, and they dated on-and-off until 2010. Ms Davy also made an appearance at Kate Middleton and Prince William’s 2012 royal wedding, and reportedly helped Harry with his cheeky yet heartwarming best man’s speech. However, speaking in 2016, Ms Davy revealed her heartbreaking reasons for calling off the royal romance. In a similar manner to the Duchess of Sussex, Ms Davy found the media scrutiny that comes with being attached to a member of the Royal Family hard to cope with. She told the Daily Mail: “It was so full-on: crazy and scary and uncomfortable. “I found it very difficult when it was bad. I couldn't cope.
