America’s Got Talent judge Heidi Klum is having a hard time buttoning her jeans after months in quarantine, and we can definitely relate. The supermodel posted some photo evidence on Instagram Tuesday. http://instagram.com/p/CCpMHPNpsJG Heidi also reminded us of the upcoming AGT schedule for the coming weeks. Judge Cuts are coming up soon, but we’ll have to wait another week before we can see them. The good news is that Heidi is officially back on the show! http://instagram.com/p/CC6z-iLJCvI On Tuesday, Heidi Klum shared a series of close-up photos of her belly as she tried (unsuccessfully) to button her jeans. She’s previously shown off her quarantine belly, sticking it out after a big meal at home. http://instagram.com/p/CC586G4p_HI With people staying in more and cooking homemade meals (not to mention all the baking), a lot of us can definitely relate to Heidi’s bigger waist size. And if a supermodel like Heidi isn’t ashamed of it, we shouldn’t be either.

Heidi Klum is returning to her judge's chair!
After taking a short hiatus in early spring, the star, 47, is back on a new episode of America's Got Talent for the season 15 Judge Cuts, which were filmed in June and followed unprecedented safety protocols due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Ahead of Tuesday's elimination round, Klum tells PEOPLE what it was like to adjust to a new stage and format after missing weeks of production and having guest judge Eric Stonestreet temporarily fill in for her.
"I am so thankful that Eric was able to jump in for me. He was fantastic!" says the model, who watched the audition episodes she couldn't film at home. "I thought the acts were great and I hope I will get to see some of them when we get to live rounds."
Klum, who fell ill on set and tested negative for the coronavirus in late March, was welcomed back alongside fellow judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel and Sofia Vergara, all of whom were able to "catch up on life and our changing world" following nearly three months apart.
"Production followed the current protocols for getting back to set and upon arrival, we followed all health and safety guidelines to ensure everyone's safety. I think it goes without saying that everyone on the AGT team is thankful to be working and putting on a show for America," Klum says.

Heidi Klum is shutting down claims that she flew on Jeffrey Epstein's private jet. On Friday, documents from a 2015 defamation case, filed by Virginia Roberts (now Virginia Giuffre) against Ghislaine Maxwell, were opened by a federal judge. In the documents, Giuffre alleged Klum was one of the many high-status celebrities to fly on Epstein's aircraft. One of the released filings was from a 2011 deposition that Giuffre gave to an attorney in West Palm Beach. Asked at the time who traveled on Epstein's plane, Giuffre mentioned, "Naomi Campbell, Heidi Klum, Bill Clinton and Al Gore," according to WPEC. A lawyer for Klum tells PEOPLE that Giuffre's claims are "totally false." "Any reference to Heidi Klum in connection with Jeffrey Epstein is totally false. Heidi Klum’s name and initials were absent from all the flight logs which were released. Many high profile people are listed, but Ms. Klum is not one of them," the America’s Got Talent judge’s lawyer says, adding, "The explanation is simple. She has never been on any of Mr. Epstein’s planes. And that is because she did not know Mr. Epstein and was never on his island." http://instagram.com/p/CDcJE1FJhDj In a statement to PEOPLE, Klum, 47, says: "I have been watching the news and see that I have been mistakenly named as a passenger on one of Mr. Epstein’s flights. I did not know Mr. Epstein and therefore have never been on his planes, at his homes or his island. I am speaking up as I do not want to be falsely associated with Mr. Epstein and the horrific story surrounding him." Klum continues: "I stand with the victims who have so bravely come forward and I too want the truth to come out and for justice to prevail." The new details came one day after U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska ruled to have the documents unsealed. The civil case, which was settled in 2017, involved Giuffre's claims that Epstein sexually abused her as a minor. http://instagram.com/p/CDcbKK-pJIi

Heidi Klum was not impressed by America's Got Talent comedian Usama Siddiquee. The Bengali-American stand-up comic took to the stage during Tuesday night's show to perform his controversial set. Much of the set was dedicated to how the comic's name resembles that of terrorist Osama Bin Laden, making for an uncomfortable airport encounter, but then he transitioned into discussing club music and feminism. He joked that as long as there's a good beat to a song, DJs can say anything, including, "women shouldn't vote" and "get back to the kitchen." http://instagram.com/p/CEXxiwRp2tu "When that beat drops, so does feminism," he quipped. He then proceeded to try to "prove" his point, saying, "Heidi, if I called you a tramp, you'd say, 'How dare you,' right?" He then beat boxed the word tramp, saying, "You'd be like, 'Well, I do get loose on occasion.'" Klum remained straight-faced throughout the joke, barely cracking a smile at the end. When it came time for the judges to critique Siddiquee's performance, there were mixed reviews. "I know that this is really, really tough. In the best-case scenario, it is tough," Howie Mandel said, referencing the show's virtual audience set-up. "And I think that you started off fantastic and I love your energy and I love your commitment. I wonder, sitting beside these two [Klum and Sofia Vergara], and I don't know if they were giving you the right response or the response you were expecting."

Heidi Klum and ex-husband Seal reached an amicable custody agreement allowing the Next Top Model host to bring their four children to Germany later this year. After filing an emergency motion last week in which Klum, 47, claimed that Seal, 57, would not permit their children — Leni, 16, Henry, 14, Johan, 13, and Lou, 10 — to travel to Europe due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the couple has quickly settled and agreed to let the kids travel to Europe while the model is there for work. In the custody agreement obtained by PEOPLE on Thursday, it's stated that before the children's departure and upon their return to Los Angeles, Seal will be entitled to "expanded time" with them. He can also visit the kids during any time while they are in Germany, which he and Klum "shall cooperate and work together to make arrangements for." However, in the case that the United States shuts down its borders because of coronavirus, the agreement states that Klum must "immediately make arrangements in an effort to return home with the children before the borders close." Klum is contractually obligated to film season 16 of Germany's Next Top Model in October in Germany, and at the time of her emergency filing she said that while she usually brings the kids with her when she has to travel for work, Seal had "not yet approved of this trip." "I am well aware of all of the necessary precautions associated with the COVID-19 virus, and would never put our children at risk — I have taken all the precautions for Germany the same way I do in the United States," Klum wrote in her declaration, adding that she is "grateful" to have the ability to work given the current state of the economy.
