While sheltering at home, Grande has had quite a bit of time to work on new projects. In addition to participating in The Disney Family Singalong and other virtual events, she wrote and recorded a song with Justin Bieber, which was released in May 2020.
“Stuck with U” debuted along with a music video, which was created from footage sent in by fans combined with that of Grande, Bieber, and their family and friends. At the very end of the video, Grande dances with a man, who she also hugs and kisses. His face is mostly obscured, but it appears to be Gomez.
Before Grande made their relationship official, Arianators were eagerly looking for signs that she and Gomez were living together during the pandemic. Now that the artist has essentially confirmed this fact, fans seem to have become even more dedicated to spotting him in her posts.
Take a photo from her May 14 Instagram Story of her dog, Myron. (Myron used to belong to Miller but came to live with Grande after his passing.) A fan Instagram account, @daltianaaccess, shared a screenshot of this, then zoomed in, claiming that “it is possible to see Dalton in Myron’s eye.”
Grande asks ‘Is everyone alright?’
Grande knows that her fans can be obsessive, but this was a bit much. She shared the post in her Instagram Story, writing, “is everyone alright” and “like really is everyone okay,” followed by cry-laughing emojis. “we’re laughing…love u,” she added.
Apparently, Grande felt that her fans deserved some actual Gomez content. She then posted a couple more photos to her Instagram Story of her and Gomez’s feet entangled together. It may not be much, but Arianators will take it.
Ariana Grande gave her real estate agent boyfriend Dalton Gomez his first clear shoutout on her Instagram this week. It comes after months of dating and quarantining together. Entertainment Tonight spoke to a source who gave the outlet some rare detail about how things have progressed between the two in private.
Grande is "in a really good place" with Gomez, the source said. The source added she is a little reticent about posting about him or her love life on social media now. "Ariana has had some hesitation being so public about her relationship with Dalton as she’s seen how that has worn on her past relationships [like with Pete Davidson and Mac Miller]," the source explained.
The source added that quarantine has been good for Gomez and Grande though, don't you worry: "Dalton and Ariana are in Los Angeles together during quarantine, and it has been a great opportunity for them to spend quality time together."
ET's source update comes after multiple outlets broke news of their relationship in March. A source told People on March 25 that they've been quarantining together after dating for a couple months privately. “One of the people she is with right now is Dalton—they have been hanging out for a couple of months," the outlet's source said. "Ariana doesn’t want to do another public relationship so she is trying to keep this one quiet, but she seems very happy with Dalton.”
Grande addressed her decision to keep her relationships more private in an April Instagram Story. "Sharing special, personal life things that make u happy on the internet can be truly traumatic," Grande said. "I know I’ve taken a step back from doing so to protect my loved ones and myself."
