Britney Spears is still seeing her sons, Jayden and Sean, without any pushback from Kevin Federline amid the new wave of concern raised by the #FreeBritney folks. Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... if Kevin ever felt any concern about Britney's state of mind, he would try to take legal steps to end -- or at least reduce -- her visitation with their boys, but he doesn't think she poses a risk. Our sources say Kevin is confident their boys are healthy and safe when they're at their mom's home -- which is about 30 percent of the time -- and he's not the least bit influenced by the persistent buzz from some fans who claim Britney should be freed from her conservatorship. There are always other people at the home when the boys visit ... making Kevin feel that much more comfortable. As we've reported ... some Britney fans think she's being held against her will, but we've been told there's no truth to this. Our sources say Kevin is not going to weigh in on Britney's state of mind, because he's not an expert and sees no benefit in sharing his opinion. Bottom line ... Britney's going to keep seeing the boys with no resistance or concern from their father.

Britney Spears' dad isn't holding back his thoughts. Jamie Spears opened up about his daughter's conservatorship and the #FreeBritney movement in a candid interview with The Post on Saturday, August 1. According to the publication, the pop star's father described the call to #FreeBritney as "a joke." "All these conspiracy theorists don't know anything. The world don't have a clue," he told the publication. "It's up to the court of California to decide what's best for my daughter. It's no one else's business." Jamie also addressed claims that he has been taking money from his daughter's estate. "I have to report every nickel and dime spent to the court every year. How the hell would I steal something," he said. In terms of the "Stronger" singer's passionate fanbase, Jamie explained that some have taken things too far. "People are being stalked and targeted with death threats. It's horrible. We don't want those kinds of fans. I love my daughter," he expressed, with the outlet noting he got emotional.

The Emmy Award-winning “Ozark” star nailed her impression of pop star Britney Spears. Then, (oops) she did it again by mimicking Gwen Stefani.
“Dude, you can do an impression without doing the impression,” host Jimmy Fallon said. “You’re amazing.”

Jamie Lynn Spears is set to play a more significant role in her sister Britney Spears’ conservatorship, new court records show. The 29-year-old former Nickelodeon star has been named the trustee of Britney’s “SJB Revocable Trust,” which was initially set to protect the pop star and her children’s finances, according to The Blast, which obtained the documents. Jamie Lynn has reportedly requested that the court authorize Fidelity Financial Management to serve as a financial advisor and create “blocked accounts” to hold her 38-year-old sister’s assets. According to The Blast, the “Zoey 101” star will ensure these assets and cash will be used for Britney’s two children, Sean and Jayden Federline, if the singer was to pass away. The document states, “Upon the settlor’s death, the entire principal of the Trust … shall be promptly distributed by the Trustee to the trustee or co-trustees of the BJS Kids & Family Trust, to be held, administered and distributed in accordance with its terms.” The “SJB Revocable Trust” was reportedly created in 2004, four years prior to when her conservatorship started in 2008.
