Miley Cyrus just adopted the most adorable dog and named her after a famous supermodel. http://instagram.com/p/CChUSEBFiYC The pup had sadly been abandoned by its previous owners and was wandering around Fresno, California when it was discovered by local firefighters. While it hung around the fire station for about a week, a relative of one of the firefighters decided to foster it. “The crews said she was covered in fleas and smelled really bad. You could tell she had been out wandering for quite a while,” Jacob McAfee, the station’s deputy fire chief said to CNN. The bulldog was eventually turned over to The Wagmor Hotel and Pet Spa in L.A. who put her up for adoption and that’s where the “Wrecking Ball” singer came in.

Leave it to Miley Cyrus to have fans absolutely speechless the second she stepped on the 2020 Video Music Awards red carpet. Honestly, we'd be surprised if she chose to wear a "traditional" dress. But, don't worry! She left nothing to the imagination in a sheer black gown and matching gloves. The only parts of the look that weren't see-through were her black bra and underwear. It's not just the dress that has fans tripping over themselves—it's really the whole outfit. Miley's jewelry including a choker and hoop earrings by Loree Rodkin showed how badass she really is. Her entire IDGAF attitude was evident on the carpet. Seeing Miley on the carpet is enough to make anyone want to tune in for the whole show. In case you don't know how to watch this year—we got you! You can stream the show on MTV’s digital platforms—including MTV.com. If that doesn't work, you can also go ahead and download the MTV app.

Joe Rogan Experience #1531 - Miley Cyrus
Miley Cyrus' breakup with Liam Hemsworth didn't happen the way you might believe.
The singer/actress appeared on a recent episode of Joe Rogan's podcast and talked about everything from quitting smoking to her divorce.
Cyrus and Hemsworth shocked fans last year when they split less than a year after getting married.
She told Rogan that it was tough to go through a very public divorce.
"What really sucked about it wasn't the fact that me and someone that I loved realized that we don't love each other the way that we used to anymore, that's OK, I can accept that," she said. "I can't accept the villainizing, and just all those stories. It's amazing that the public kind of thinks there's no gap of time they didn't see that could possibly be what led to this."
She likened being in love with addiction and said she had difficulty ending the marriage, comparing it to a child losing the comfort of a pacifier.
"It was that thing I just needed not because we were in love anymore, but because the comfort and because my brain said, 'Oh, this feels better. This is comforting,'" Cyrus said. "But actually, knowing that I was giving in to an addiction made me feel way worse."
"I had the hangover. Next day, OK, we sleep together, next day, I'm totally hungover," she added. "It felt like a relapse every time I'd go back."

The singer, who delivered a jaw-dropping rendition of her new single, “Midnight Sky,” at the MTV Video Music Awards on Aug. 30, spoke with Joe Rogan about the sexist commentary she faced from the event’s production team after she made specific lighting requests prior to her performance.
“I wanted the lights to be turned off and then the lighting of the room to just be lighting me,” Cyrus told Rogan on his podcast last week.
“So no key light, no beauty light,” she added. “Beauty light is always used on women. And I said turn the fucking lights off. You would never tell Travis Scott or Adam Levine that he couldn’t turn the beauty light off. I want this red lighting.”
“They said, ‘OK, OK ― we’ll just do the same thing that we would do with the guys,’ ’cause like, that’s what I want,” she continued.
“And then something that I was doing ― something that I can’t say ― for the VMAs, my bracelets kept getting caught in all this shit and they said, ‘You know you wanted to be treated like a guy and lit like a guy? We wouldn’t be dealing with this if a guy was doing it.’”

Miley Cyrus owned Thursday night's (Sept. 10) Tonight Show, performing two entrancing songs and chatting with host Jimmy Fallon from her eye-popping, colorful Peter Shire-designed "throne" (named "Giza"), while wearing a sharp-shouldered, multi-colored jumpsuit that would have made David Bowie jealous.
When Fallon asked about the sly "Edge of Seventeen" sample in Miley's "Midnight Sky" single, Cyrus, of course, had an amazing story about how she sent Stevie Nicks the song and asked for her blessing to use the snippet of the Fleetwood Mac singer's 1981 solo hit. "I said, 'I have an alternate melody if you don't want to kind of like pay tribute to you and your greatness and how much you've inspired me,'" Cyrus recalled.
"And she said, 'you can borrow from me anytime,'" Cyrus said, still gobsmacked at how artists like Nicks, godmother Dolly Parton and punk godmother Joan Jett are so "open and welcoming" to younger artists coming up and happy to offer them mentorship. "Everyone looks up to Stevie Nicks, but having that direct relationship has been, you know, kind of life-changing and just so important."
The singer also counted her blessings and talked about her drive to work as hard as possible, describing how her feet hurt and her voice is "burning" after a long day of rehearsals and jamming out to Metallica and Led Zeppelin. "I love to work and I love to kind of be needed and I think one thing that's been really powerful through 2020 is that there's been some amazing releases," she said, giving props to all the other artists putting out great music and helping her, and all of us, get through the pandemic.
"That just reminds me of how lucky I am to be in an industry that can bring this kind of peace and joy," she said. "There's something that makes everything feel more normal knowing that I'm in a freaky chair swinging around in my underwear on a disco ball. Somehow it feels like all is right and well in the world."
