After those of Bergamo, Egna and Trento, also the fourth stage of the Italian Grand Prix of figure skating, on stage at the PalaTazzoli in Turin, ends with applause and with great satisfaction for both the athletes and the professionals.
In the two days organized in the Piedmontese capital by the Italian Ice Sports Federation in collaboration with the Turin Artistic Skaters and the Turin Ice Club, a lot of show but above all exciting competitions: this time it was Lara Naki Gutmann (Fiamme Oro) who triumphed among women, the champions of senior dance Guignard-Fabbri (Fiamme Azzurre) and the young but already very valid Portesi Peroni-Chrastecky (IceLab) in junior dance.
Emotions from the start of this second day thanks to the beautiful comeback of Lara Naki Gutmann in the female segment.
The 18-year-old from thirty of the Fiamme Oro, a pupil of Gabriele Minchio, today achieved an excellent free kick of 122.76 points thanks to which she took the lead of the ranking at 178.49 in front of Lucrezia Beccari (IceLab), second with 173.36 points and Roberta Rodeghiero ( Aeronautica Militare), third with 161.54 points.
For Naki Gutmann an important improvement from a technical point of view that accompanies the third success of the season after the successes in the Italian Grand Prix in Trento and at the previous Italian Championships in Egna.
Victory never questioned, and already mortgaged yesterday with a splendid rhythm dance, for national champions Charlène Guignard and Marco Fabbri: the couple of the Blue Flames confirmed the first place by bringing on the ice once again an intense free dance, increasingly rich and sought after and awarded by the judges with 136.07 points with an overall score of 226.87, the students of Barbara Fusar Poli leave behind Carolina Moscheni and Francesco Fioretti (IceLab), second with 171.04 points, as well as Chiara Calderone and Francesco Riva (Accademia del Ghiaccio) , good at scoring 164.18 points at the second overall exit together.
Still in the dance, but junior, the performance of the national category champions Portesi Peroni-Chrastecky (IceLab) was spectacular, ahead of everyone even in the second segment of the competition with a 95.88 point free which brought the overall score to 161.23 in the two days of races.
To complete the podium, as well as at the Italian Championships, Calderari-Cilli (IceLab), second with 153.13 points, and Tali-Frasca (IceLab), third at 146.10.
