JoJo Siwa unveiled the festive music video for her cover of Faith Hill's "Where Are You Christmas?" on Thanksgiving (Nov. 26). In the clip, the dancer-turned-YouTube-personality shows off her skills at the piano while wearing an outfit covered in sparkling black and silver beading and matching fur trim. "Where are you Christmas/ Why can't I find you/ Why have you gone away/ Where is the laughter/ You used to bring me/ Why can't I hear music play/ My world is changing/ I'm rearranging/ Does that mean Christmas changes too," the 17-year-old croons, channeling her inner Cindy Lou Who. Siwa's version, meanwhile, appears on her 2020 holiday EP, JoJo's Rockin' Christmas, alongside renditions of "Run Run Rudolph" and "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town," as well as peppy original track "It's Christmas Now!" As Siwa reaches the track's pivotal bridge, the Christmas trees surrounding her light up the night and she trades her costume for one made of icy blue crystals. Co-written by Mariah Carey, "Where Are You Christmas?" first appeared in the 2000 live-action remake of How the Grinch Stole Christmas, where it was sung by Taylor Momsen. While the soundtrack version was originally recorded by Carey, legal issues with her ex-husband and former label head Tommy Mottola prevented the track from being used, and it was instead made famous by Hill.

Siwa said she tested positive after her Dance Moms mother Jessalynn, dad Tom and brother Jayden did too, recalling all of their mild symptoms. "I did end up getting it, the big, dreaded COVID-19. It got through my whole family," she said. "We had headaches, we were tired, we had shortness of breath — we had all the things. All my family actually lost their taste and smell, but all have it back. But I never did." "Everyone who gets this virus, it's gonna affect them differently. We were all, like, three days apart," she added. e social distancing at home. "At the beginning I was like, 'Oh, it’s two weeks. It’s a two-week break. I’m going to chill. I’m going to have fun. I’m going to work out. I’m going to go swimming, I’m going to play games. It’s going to be fun.' After that, though, I was like, 'Okay. We’re going to be here a minute. I have to start to figure out, I can’t let my career die by just doing nothing,' " she said. "And so actually I ended up building a stage in my backyard. We film performances on every week, and it’s incredible. I got really creative," continued Siwa. "Everyone was doing a performance from the couch, or doing it from their kitchen. I was like, 'Mom, I can’t do that. If I’m going to perform I want to perform.' "

JoJo Siwa just went off on her former Dance Moms costar, Christi Lukasiak, in a TikTok, defending another of the show's regulars in the process.
It seems like Chloe's mom, Christi, was in a Zoom Q&A where she was answer questions about the show. At one point, someone asks her if she still talks to Gianna Martello, Abby Lee Miller's former assistant coach. "No, Gianna's not nice," Christi responds.
At that point, JoJo cuts into the video, calling it the "most disgusting and ignorant thing" she's ever heard someone say. "First of all, Gia is one of the sweetest people in the whole world and second of all, she worked so hard every single week for so many people, including Chloe," JoJo says.
This content is imported from TikTok. You may be able to find the same content in another format, or you may be able to find more information, at their web site.
She continues, saying that Gianna has "one of the most stressful jobs on the show," explaining that she choreographed every single number. "Now yes, of course, everyone has their moments and everyone isn't nice 24/7, including you, Christi, but the thing is that you don't need to say somebody is not a nice person."
The 17-year-old then calls Christi out for being rude to her when they interacted. "I'm sure you're a very nice person even though the experience that I had with you, you were not nice to me," she says. "You don't need to say people are not nice. I would never say that you're not a nice person just because our moment you were rude to me. It's just not what you do."
