Either you hate 'em or love 'em...remixes, that is...and now there's one for Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" thanks to Mr. Worldwide himself. Yep, Pitbull just dropped a "Blank Space" remix, and honestly it's not our favorite. Sorry, Pit. The Latin lover's remix isn't horrible. It is just not really switched up from the original, so we hate to even call it a remix. Pitbull attempts to rap in the beginning of it...and it's pretty terrible. But, that doesn't mean we still don't love him for trying! "This one of my favorite records out right now, and when I hosted the AMAs and seen Taylor Swift knock the performance out the park, I said, 'I got to jump on this," he says in the beginning before rapping. "Pitbull is Mr. Fill-in-the blank / Pitbull is filling up every bank / I am who I am, I am who they ain't / I do what I do, I do what they can't / I been raised different, so it's hard for me to show affection / Imperfection is perfection / Now that's perfect," he tries to flow on beat..

She sure knows how to look smoking hot even when it's chilly outside. On Wednesday Taylor Swift showed off her toned legs in a short grey coat as she went to a showing of High Jackman's Broadway play The River in New York City. That same day it was announced that the 25-year-old's smash track Blank Space had yet again dominated Billboard's Hot 100. The Shake It Off hitmaker added a slight 1920's twist to her ensemble with a sparkling headband fastened around the nape of her neck. She wore a pair of white pumps that featured a silver bow upon the tow, and complimented her complexion with an application of strawberry pink lipstick. Taylor finished off her look with a dash of bronzer, as well as a slick of cat eye style eyeliner. Meanwhile, Taylor's career has been on the soar, with numerous Grammy nominations in the pipeline. The star's song Blank Space has enjoyed considerable success since it was released in late November, and has topped the Billboard Hot 100 charts for a sixth week. On Wednesday, the music publication revealed the infectious track had yet again beat out the likes of Hozier and Ariana Grande for the number one spot. Blank Space is not the only track to ride a wave of popularity, as Taylor's summer hit Shake It Off was recently nominated for a Grammy for Song Of The Year. And as the year comes to a close, Taylor's fifth studio album 1989 - which was released on October 27 - continues to excel with USA Today naming it Album Of The Year. The publication also named Taylor as 2014's Musician Of The Year. Taylor's album has been compared to Bruce Springsteen's Tunnel Of Love in its musical style and sold 1.287 million copies in its first week of release.

In her epically grand music video for ‘Blank Space,’ Taylor Swift sings about love going down in flames underneath the shadow of an epically grand mansion. Now that mansion seems to have had some flaming problems of its own. The sprawling property was wrecked by a mysterious fire earlier this week. The Winfield Mansion, built by the family who started the global chain of Woolworth’s retail stores and used for the filming of Swift’s 2014 ‘Blank Space’ music video, was severely damaged by a fire that started on Jan. 28 and took 150 firefighters two-and-a-half hours to put out. Reports on how the blaze started are inconclusive, but according to the Independent, locals think it has something to do with the property being haunted. The elaborate property was built in 1916 at Glen Cove on New York’s Long Island by Frank Winfield Woolworth, after his family’s previous home was destroyed by … you guessed it, a fire. And if that’s not eerie enough, the house actually got its reputation for being haunted since the death of Woolworth’s second daughter, whose spirit is thought to have stayed with the home after she committed suicide in 1917. How’s that for creepy? It looks like Swift singing about love “going down in flames” may have foreshadowed a literal blaze, and added one more haunting element to the history of the Winfield Mansion. The blaze erupted shortly before 11am in a first-floor bedroom, officials said. Flames quickly spread through a wing of the 25,000-square-foot 1916 structure while the owners were out. One firefighter was hospitalized suffering from carbon monoxide-related side effects after 150 officers from 10 different departments responded to the call. The groundskeeper, a part-time firefighter, alerted the fire service after seeing smoke billowing from the house while plowing snow, the Wall Street Journal reported. Newsday says the mansion has been owned by Martin Carey, the brother of former New York Governor Hugh Carey, since 1978. His accountant, Leonard Fritzson, said the family was distraught. The fire was not deemed suspicious. The cause is under investigation. The home was designed by noted architect C P H Gilbert. Woolworth's plans for the $9 million home were already drawn when his previous abode burned down. He requested marble walls, marble pillars, two greenhouses, a tea house, and a $2 million staircase - all in Italian Renaissance style. Over the years, it has been haunted by rumors of paranormal activity.

Who knew Starbucks had such a sense of humor? Today, we're giving them props for a well-timed joke. Over the weekend, Taylor Swift decided to poke fun at her now-famous fake Starbucks lyric from "Blank Space." You know the one. It's supposed to be "Got a long list of ex-lovers," but all of humanity hears it (and sings it) as "All the lonely Starbucks lovers." Sure, the idea of Taylor Swift having a host of coffee shop boyfriends is a little weird, but it's not totally past the point of believability. Plus, it totally sounds like she says Starbucks! But, we digress. Taylor's joke went a little something like this: On Valentine's Day, she gave a shoutout that winked at the "Blank Space" mix-up. "Sending my love to all the lovely Starbucks lovers out there this Valentine's Day," she tweeted. "Even though that is not the correct lyric." And, not wanting to be left out of the joke, Starbucks responded: When “Blank Space” was first released, 99% of people mistook the line “got a long list of ex lovers” for “all the lonely Starbucks lovers”.
