A choked-up Megan Rapinoe had to admit it was “not our best game, not our best tournament” after the U.S. women’s soccer team lost to Canada in the semifinals of the Olympic tournament. A 75th-minute penalty, struck coolly into the side netting by Canada’s Jessie Fleming, was enough to send the once-invincible U.S. women’s team into the bronze-medal playoff match, even though the Americans fought their hardest to get back into the match. “This sucks,” Rapinoe, the team captain and talisman, told NBC Sports. Australia and Sweden meet in the other semifinal.

Suni Lee can't wait to show off her Olympic medals to her dad! The star gymnast chatted with Access Hollywood’s Scott Evans about her journey at the Tokyo Olympics. http://instagram.com/p/CR7AhFEDzSc The 18-year-old opened up about winning the three medals for herself and her dad John, who is paralyzed from the chest down, saying, "I had to do this for him because I can walk and I want to live out my dreams ... and the Olympics have been both of our dreams ... so I'm really living out both of our dreams. Olympic swimming gold medalist Caeleb Dressel is pretty much invincible when he has a lane to himself. The American reflected on his failure to win six gold medals at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. (Aug. 3) Swimmer Caeleb Dressel said he does not want his life to change after he boosted his profile by picking up five Olympic gold medals in Tokyo. Simply competing was his favourite part of the experience, which saw him win all three of his individual events -- the men's 100m butterfly and the 50m and 100m freestyle -- plus two relay golds. The 24-year-old sprint specialist now has seven Olympic golds to his name but he said it was the memories he made along the way that meant the most to him. "The fun part for me was I got to be part of the race," he said on chat show CBS This Morning on Tuesday after returning to the United States. "Anybody would kill to be in my situation - an Olympic final, competing for your country, going for a gold medal," he said. "I don't need that for me to remember what the fun part was," he said, gesturing to one of his gold medals. Asked if the medals represented a "life changing" experience, Dressel did not hesitate to say they did not. "I don't want my life to change," he said. "I liked my life before the Games. If I'm being honest, the sport was a lot more fun when no one knew my name."

Bobby Finke and Ryan Murphy only want the best portraying them! The Olympic swimmers chatted with Access Hollywood's Scott Evans about their time at the Tokyo Olympics. Ryan, who is bringing home a gold, bronze and silver medal, and Bobby, who is bringing back two gold medals, shared which celebs they want to portray them in a movie. Bobby and Ryan also revealed the interesting places they are planning to keep their new medals. Olympian Bobby Finke Wants Dwayne Johnson To Play Him In A Movie He was thrilled merely to make the U.S. team in a couple of grueling freestyle events. He couldn’t really envision winning a medal. Now, he’s got a couple of golds. Finke, a former Countryside High student in Clearwater, capped off his stunning emergence as the world’s greatest male distance swimmer by winning the 1,500-meter freestyle Sunday, turning on his trademark finishing kick to leave the field in his wake. He had used the very same strategy to win the 800 free, a new men’s event at these games. "I came in not really expecting to get a medal or anything — and I come out of it with two golds," said Finke, sounding as amazed as anyone.
