The world recently got a glance into the Duke of Cambridge’s home life during these stressful and unusual times, and many people cannot believe what they learned. Prince William is often seen on social media and photographed with his wife, Kate, Duchess of Cambridge. Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, who are popular and well-liked, have become a staple of the royal family’s image. Recently, 38-year-old Prince William recently shared some surprising insight about his life during the ongoing global pandemic. http://instagram.com/p/B-NEvHcn6aO Tiger King has been taking the nation by storm. Social media has been blowing up with reviews, recommendations, and comments about the Netflix show that has been gaining so much attention. Tiger King tells the story of Joe Maldonado-Passage and the eccentric characters he encounters while doing business in the exotic animal field. The mini-series has a surprising amount of crime and drama packed into intriguing narratives. Fans and viewers cannot stop talking about the hit-show. Even the memes that resulted from Tiger King have received a tremendous amount of praise. It seems like everyone is a fan of Tiger King, but that doesn’t seem to be the case for the Duke of Cambridge. What did Prince William have to say about the popular show ‘Tiger King’? Prince William recently participated in a skit to kick-off a BBC charity event, and the audience had no idea how much they were going to learn about Duke of Cambridge’s television preferences. No one was surprised to see the Duke of Cambridge contribute to such an honorable event. Stephen Fry completed the skit with Prince William as they provided the viewers with some much-needed comic relief and levity. Fry has been called a comedic genius, and the skit seemed to go over very well. However, within no time, the pair were discussing what they have been watching while quarantined. When Fry suggested Tiger King, Prince William quickly joked: “Yes, I tend to avoid shows about royalty.” The viewers and fans were shocked to learn the crowd-pleasing show wasn’t Prince William’s cup of tea, so to speak. Though it seems like Prince William has been sitting out of the world-wide trend of binge-watching Tiger King, the Duke of Cambridge did share what television shows he does actually enjoy watching.

The Duchess of Cambridge made focusing on families during pregnancy and the first years of a child’s life a key part of her work long before the coronavirus pandemic. And since the lockdown began, she has been speaking with parents, midwives, and experts to hear about the unique challenges that pregnant women, new mothers, and their families are currently facing. In what she described as “a first,” Kate even joined a video call with a new mother and father in a maternity ward, congratulating the parents on their baby boy. “Very nice to meet you. This is definitely a first I think,” the Duchess said to parents Rebecca and John via a video call to Kingston Hospital in south west London. “Firstly, huge congratulations,” she told them, before describing their newborn son Max as “so sweet.” Kate’s discussions come ahead of the UK’s Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week (Monday 4 to Friday 10 May) which aims to raise awareness of the issue and highlight where support can be found. “Over the last fortnight The Duchess has heard from frontline staff about an increase in maternal anxiety and isolation as a result of the pandemic, with midwives, doctors, health visitors and clinicians urging mothers and families to speak up and ask for help when they need it,” a statement from Kensington Palace read. Kate took part in a call with midwives from Kingston Hospital, where she carried out two weeks of work experience last year, on Wednesday, April 22. The midwives told her about the challenges of doing their jobs throughout the coronavirus pandemic. Midwife Jennifer Tshibamba, said, “Even with what’s going on, we’re still here to support you, we’re still here to listen to you, we’re still here to make sure we provide you with the best care for your pregnancy, for your baby and support your family.”

The London home of Prince William, Kate Middleton and their three children is now serving a new purpose amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Prince William has approved the use of a private lawn at Kensington Palace for refueling air ambulances. The move will save valuable time for paramedics, who previously had to fly helicopters to the nearest fueling base about 20 miles away in Watford.
Perks Field, where the air ambulances will land and take off, is usually used as a landing site for the royal family's helicopters.
The cause is close to the Duke of Cambridge's heart. In addition to being a former search and rescue helicopter pilot who served with the Royal Air Force, Prince William became patron of the London's Air Ambulance Charity in March.
Prince William, Kate and their kids — Prince George, 6, Princess Charlotte, 5, and Prince Louis, 2 — call Apartment 1A of Kensington Palace home. However, they left London amid the COVID-19 crisis for their country home in Norfolk, Anmer Hall, which is about 110 miles north.
Prince William, 37, and Kate, 38, have kept busy with their royal work despite social distancing guidelines thanks to video communication. They took part in their first-ever royal engagement via video call last month, chatting with a school in northern England where the kids of essential workers — such as healthcare staff and emergency services members — are being cared for amid the coronavirus pandemic. During the call, the royals met staff and children — and even got to see their arts and crafts projects for Easter.
