SEVEN years ago she melted our hearts with her version of Over The Rainbow and now Connie Talbot has done it again with her haunting cover of Heroes - in aid of the heroes of WWI She was just six years old when she stunned the nation with her breathtaking version of Over The Rainbow on the first series of Britain's Got Talent back in 2007. A staggering 145 million have watched the footage on Youtube since then. Still only 13, Connie Talbot has recorded a special version of Alesso's Heroes with all the proceeds going to charity. Celebrities like Stephen Fry have already tweeted their support for the track. Speaking of her support for the British Legion, Connie said, “I just want to raise as much money as possible for the Poppy Appeal. Anyone that gave us our future by fighting in wars, really should be looked after. I was so inspired by the poppies at the Tower of London and everything done this year for Remembrance Day and I really wanted to contribute in some way myself."
