http://instagram.com/p/BqfSQgZF-Xo Please cast your mind back to October 12, the fateful day you set your alarm for 4:30 a.m. just to watch Princess Eugenie get married to Casamigos hype man Jack Brooksbank. It was a super romantic moment! Eugenie showed off her scar! Meghan and Harry potentially stole the spotlight and announced their pregnancy! And, most importantly, there were many pretty pictures—like this! However, what we didn't get to see is what happened after the wedding. Which is a bummer. But Eugenie just shared a super special and previously unseen photo of herself and her new husband that was presumably taken post-nuptials and they look so. genuinely. happy.

Princess Eugenie and her new husband Jack Brooksbank joined the royal family for a very posh Christmas Day church outing , and they were all kinds of loved up. The newlyweds were photographed holding hands as they strolled around, which you might think is the most G-rated demonstration of affection ever, but is *actually* a low-key breach of royal PDA protocol. While sure, royals hold hands all the damn time, it's typical not to do so in front of The Queen. As royal biographer Gyles Brandreth explained to People, Her Majesty almost never holds hands with her husband Prince Philip due to the "stoic values" of their generation. Because of this, Eugenie's generation of royals usually refrain from holding hands around her to show respect.

This appears to be the first time Eugenie's shared the above picture with the world, and it's pretty clear the proposal was highly romantic and sunset-y. http://instagram.com/p/BsEOHRYlr8e The Princess opened up about this moment in a joint interview with Jack around the time of their engagement, saying "The lake was so beautiful, it was a special light I've never seen, I actually said 'this is an incredible moment' and then he popped the question, which was really surprising even though we had been together seven years. I was over the moon. It was the perfect moment, couldn't be happier, because we knew it was going to end up this way."

Will Princess Eugenie announce a pregnancy this year? Whether Princess Eugenie is pregnant or not has not been revealed by official Royal sources. However, punters seem to think we can expect a pregnancy announcement from the 28-year-old princess at some point in 2019. Ladbrokes make it odds on at 8/13 on a 2019 pregnancy announcement from the Royal couple. http://instagram.com/p/BgEOHHZA-Z_

http://instagram.com/p/Bju--mUA1Wj Why is Princess Eugenie allowed to have social media, while Meghan Markle, 37, shut down all of her social media accounts before marrying Prince Harry, 34? Updates on Meghan, Harry, Kate Middleton, 37, and Prince William, 36, are issued on Kensington Palace’s Twitter accounts. This is because the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are working royals with formal duties to carry out. Meghan also had a hugely popular lifestyle blog, The Tig, but she closed it down to protect her privacy. Meanwhile, Eugenie is likely allowed to have an Instagram account because she is not a working royal. Despite having the title of Princess, Eugenie works full time as an associate director at a London art gallery called Hauser and Wirth. Like her sister Beatrice, she doesn’t fulfil royal engagements on an official basis.
