Kate Middleton. Carole Middleton, Cressida Bonas and Lady Mary-Gaye Curzon Lady Mary-Gaye Curzon – you can call her MG – is the mother of Cressida Bonas and the daughter of the 6th Earl Howe, politician and godson of Edward VII. Lady Mary-Gaye was born in 1947 and went to the prestigious Heathfield School for girls. The family seat is Penn House in Buckinghamshire but the current Howe earldom goes back only as far as the 19th century. MoneyLady Mary-Gaye has never worked except on her charities (though she did have a blue cocktail named after her at Claridge’s). But handily, she is heiress to the Curzon banking fortune. RomanceMG has been married not once, not twice but four times, with five children (and four divorces) to show for it. The gentlemen concerned were aristocrat Esmond Cooper-Key (1971-76), property magnate John Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe (1977-86), businessman Jeffrey Bonas (1988-94) and financier Christopher Shaw (1996-2000). She now dates PR man David McDonough. Her fourth husband once announced to a room: “Mary-Gaye is a difficult wife, as many of you here will know...” Lady Mary-Gaye in 1965 at the debutante party of Camilla Shand – now Duchess of Cornwall StyleDespite a racy past that includes an apparently topless photograph for a 1960s book called Birds of Britain (geddit?), MG’s style today is what you might call buttoned-up Sloane. Elegant and sophisticated with blonde, shoulder-length hair that takes years off her, she’s not afraid of a splash of colour when the occasion demands. Balcony appealLady MG definitely knows how to work a crowd. Her tent at Ascot was always the biggest, with a fully-fitted kitchen, while her parties with fourth husband Christopher Shaw were the stuff of legend. First on the dance floor at royal weddings? Don’t bet against it. Lady Mary-Gaye recently with her partner David McDonough

Prince Harry and Mayor of London Boris Johnson play around in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park ahead of its official opening. Joined by the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, Harry, 29, wasted no time testing out the new adventure playground, joining youngsters on the climbing frames and playing in the park. When quizzed on whether Harry would bring his Prince George to the park, the royal uncle said that if he did it would "probably cause chaos". "I’m sure he'll have his chance to come down here," added Harry. "You never know, the Olympics might be back here before we know it." Harry's visit comes a day before 560 acre park is set to open to the public for the first time since the end of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympics Games. In the months following the sporting extravaganza, the park has been converted for visitors to use, explore and enjoy. The northern half of the park will be re-opened, including the Lee Valley VeloPark, the Aquatics Centre and Cooper Box Arena, while the south section of the park will features a picturesque new tree-lined walkway, interactive water fountains, children’s playground and four themed walking trails. The royal also accompanied the Duchess of Cambridge at the games' closing ceremony as Prince William carried out his RAF Search and Rescue duties in Anglesey. Harry's London engagement is his first since he jetted off for a romantic skiing break with his girlfriend Cressida Bonas. The couple flew by helicopter to the exclusive resort of Shymbulak, a luxury chalet located in the mountains above the city of Almaty

Prince Harry's girlfriend Cressida Bonas isn't ready for marriage and wants to be a "normal girl" for a bit longer, despite engagement rumours. However, pals of the royal have different ideas and are already planning a stag do fit for a party prince. The 25-year-old former dance student has just started a new job in marketing and doesn't want to trade in her relatively normal life for a royal marriage just yet. Hmmm, we're not sure how normal a life can be when you're dating the most eligible bachelor on the planet. "Cressida is very busy and has lots to do. Marriage is not something she's considering yet," an insider told the Mail On Sunday. "She has just started a new job where she's being paid the usual salary for someone of her age - i.e. peanuts - and she has found a flat to rent with her friend," the source added. "She is doing all the things that people in their 20s should be doing. Who knows what might have changed by this time next year but that is how she wants it to be. "She doesn't want to miss out on that chapter - she's not that kind of girl. That said, her mother is ecstatic and would love them to get engaged."

PRINCE Harry‘s ex-girlfriend, Chelsy Davy, is on the verge of getting engaged. 28-year-old Davy — who the British royal dated on and off for six years — is dating jeweller Charles Goode, 30. The couple have been on holiday together in Bodrum, Turkey, and Chelsy has visited his mother’s home in the Devon seaside resort of Torquay. Chelsy, the Zimbabwe-born daughter of a wealthy South African safari farmer, split up with Harry for the time in 2010 after a tempestuous relationship. They got back together a few times — in 2011 and 2102. She was later reported to have told friends: ‘There’s no way we are getting married. It’s not a life for me.’ The couple have been on holiday together in Bodrum, Turkey, and Chelsy has visited his mother’s home in the Devon seaside resort of Torquay. Goode designed the diamond engagement ring for Cressida’s half-sister, Isabella Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe, and her rings when she wed Virgin tycoon Sir Richard Branson’s son, Sam, last year. The Mayfair jeweller also created the wedding bands for Branson’s nephew Ned RocknRoll when he married Titanic star Kate Winslet in 2012, as well as the diamond and platinum engagement ring for Harry’s cousin, Zara Phillips. Charles, a third-generation jeweller at Goode & Son, took Chelsy to meet his 52-year-old mother, Jackie, who runs Hennessy restaurant and cocktail lounge in Torquay. Just this month, it boasted its very own Michael Bublé menu — Italian meatballs and deep-fried prawns — in tribute to the singer. The young couple later went for a meal at The Elephant restaurant in the resort.

Prince Harry and Cressida Bonas have split after dating for nearly two years. According to sources, Harry, 29, recently confided in friends that things were not going well with Cressida, 24. Speaking to British newspaper The Telegraph a source said: "It is virtually impossible to have a successful romance and relationship in the full glare of the world’s media." When asked if they may reunite, the source added: "It’s impossible to say because I don’t think the two of them know either." In a similar fashion to how the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge split for some months in 2007, the source also suggested that the two have "paused for a breather". The couple, who met through Princess Eugenie, have kept their relationship private, but in recent months they have been seen out and about together. In early March, Cressida joined Harry at a very public event, supporting him at the launch of the very first WE Day at Wembley Arena. Later that month Prince Harry whisked her away for a short skiing holiday in Kazakhstan. The couple flew by helicopter to the exclusive resort of Shymbulak, a luxury chalet located in the mountains above the city of Almaty. Speculation then began to mount that the Prince was on the brink of proposing to Cressida, and as a result, the odds for Harry popping the question were cut to only 8:1, according to betting firm Ladbrokes. It was also thought that the blonde beauty, who recently completed a postgraduate program in dance studies at London's Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, was going to attend the wedding of Guy Pelly in America, a close friend of Princes William and Harry.
