As far as anyone knows, Prince Harry hasn’t gotten close to popping the question to his new girlfriend Meghan Markle, but that didn’t stop the prime minister of Antigua from encouraging the couple to honeymoon on his Caribbean island. At an event Monday night, before hundreds of guests, Prime Minister Gaston Browne of Antigua said to Harry: “I am told that there may be a new princess and I just want to say that should you make the decision to honeymoon – then Antigua and Barbuda want to welcome you.” The prince didn’t reply. He just winced a little and fiddled with his shirt to avoid eye contact, according to People.

Looks like a grand royal wedding is in the offing as Prince Harry and his girlfriend Meghan Markle are reportedly getting serious about their relationship. The latter met Prince William and Kate Middleton on her recent London visit, sparking off rumors that the couple is considering walking down the aisle very soon. Royal expert Katie Nicholl revealed that her sources have told her that Markle got to meet William and Kate but she fell short of time and could not see Prince Charles, due to lack of time, reports Yahoo. Expressing hope about Meghan and Prince Harry's relationship, she further added that it is clear that they are a couple that cannot bear separation. Well, it is not just Nicholl who is optimistic about their future. Even British tabloids are full of stories about their affair and how much Prince Harry loves her. He is said to be very concerned about her and feels very disappointed that he has not been able to protect her fully. Some reports also suggest that he is thinking of hiring a personal bodyguard for her when she is in the United Kingdom.

Prince William is reportedly 'deeply unhappy' his brother Harry released an emotional statement about his new girlfriend Meghan Markle . The 34-year-old royal has allegedly met his sibling's American flame, but he's said to be dismayed by his decision to confirm their relationship in the strong-worded public message and hit out at the "sexism and racism" the Suits actress had faced. A source told the Daily Mail newspaper: "He thinks Harry made a mistake in confirming the relationship and releasing such an emotional statement so soon. "William knows that his brother can be hot-headed and understands that it is something he felt very strongly about. Privately, he shares a lot of the sentiments he and Meghan expressed as, make no mistake, she was very involved in the statement too."

Prince Harry’s new girlfriend appears to have won over the heart of at least one royal ruler. Elizabeth Hurley, who plays Queen Helena on the scripted E! series, “The Royals,” says she would love to see Meghan Markle “marry into the real royal family.” “I’ve met her. I think she’s enchanting,” she said Thursday on TODAY. Markle is the 35-year-old star of the legal drama, "Suits," but she's also the leading lady in Prince Harry's life and Hurley said she approves of what she has seen so far.
