Justin Bieber and model Chantal Jeffries are photographed in the now infamous yellow Lamborgini Wednesday night, hours before his arrest. After a wild night in Miami Beach, the pop star, who was arrested early Thursday for drag racing and DUI, exited the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, wearing a hoodie and waving to fans. It was the end of a drug and booze-filled escapade that involved fast cars, lots of partying and, ultimately, police. R&B artist Khalil also was arrested. It all started with Bieber in a rented yellow Lamborghini and Khalil in a red Ferrari. In an Instagram photo before the incident, Khalil wrote: "Miami nights ridin thru yo city in that hot wheel." Justin Bieber waves after being released from the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on bail Thursday afternoon in Miami. The 19-year-old pop star's arrest Thursday morning on charges of drag racing his rented yellow Lamborghini while under the influence of alcohol and drugs threatens to test just how impervious his music career is to his mounting negative publicity. "He seems to have crossed the line from bad to sad, he's gotten so out of control," one industry insider told the News. "You just wonder when he's going to wake up and get some help." The Opa-locka Police Department also is investigating an unauthorized escort of Bieber, a police spokesman told NBC 6 on Wednesday. "We know it was an unauthorized detail," Assistant City Manger David Chiverton confirmed to the Herald. "We are trying to determine where the authorization for the officers to escort Mr. Bieber came from, where he was escorted and how many of our officers were involved." Justin Bieber’s DUI arrest in Miami Beach, Fla., Thursday has fans of the 19-year-old pop star wondering where his parents were during his latest scandal. Very close, it turns out. According to a new report, his father, Jeremy Bieber, was right next to the “Never Say Never” singer the entire time. According to a report from TMZ, Jeremy Bieber was not only present during the teenage singer’s arrest early Thursday morning but also participated in the drag race that brought his famous son to the attention of local authorities. According to the report, the 38-year-old elder Bieber spent the night at SET nightclub with the singer before helping him “block off” the residential street for his now-infamous Lamborghini street race. E! News had spotted the Canadian singer in a Miami outing with his father t day before the arrest, showing images of the father-son duo enjoying a walk on the beach before renting Segways. Later in the day, they reportedly paid a visit to MIA Skate Shop in Miami with Bieber's friend and fellow alleged drag racer Def Jam Recording artist Khalil. Jeremy Bieber also shared a private moment with his son on Instagram, posting an image of them using their phones with the caption, “These guys are addicted to @shots.” Justin Bieber and his dad, Jeremy Bieber, in Miami on Wednesday.

On Friday, the 19-year-old posted a side-by-side of himself leaving police custody in Miami riding on the top of an SUV and that of Jackson, also on the top of a car, outside a Monica courthouse after he pleaded not guilty to child-molestation charges. Under the photos, he quoted a Jay Z lyric from 2003's The Black Album, "What More Can I Say." "What more can they say," he wrote in reference to Jay. Prior to the Instagram, Bieber's inner circle has already commented on Thursday's arrest, including manager Scooter Braun, as well as his father, Jeremy Bieber. Both of them offered their support to the pop star during the scandal. "I can protect my kids, but I can't protect them from you and your lies. Believe in the truth not in the lies of the enemy. #reallife," he wrote, referencing a report that suggested he was with Bieber when he was arrested. Regardless of whether or not he was, Jeremy had been spotted in Miami with Bieber prior to the incident, during which he was drag racing down the streets of Miami.

Video obtained by WFOR CBS Miami shows police catching up with Justin Bieber in a yellow Lamborghini.
New surveillance video, obtained by WFOR CBS Miami, showing the tail-end of Justin Bieber’s wild ride down a sleepy Miami street shows the 19-year-old “Baby” singer leading the pack in his rented yellow Lamborghini.
Ferrari driver and fellow arrestee Khalil Sharieff, 19, appears in third place in the short surveillance clip – between a pair of black Cadillac Escalades – and a single Miami Beach Police cruiser brings up the rear, suggesting it was shot just seconds before Bieber’s bust heard round the world.

Justin Bieber is getting pressure from Selena Gomez, with Demi Lovato's help to go to resab sfter his DUI drag racing arrest. “When they spoke on the phone after his arrest, Justin told Selena that Chantel was just a friend. Selena was like, ‘I really don’t care at this point,’” the source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “Selena’s main concern right now is Justin’s safety and well-being.” Selena Gomez helped kick off the Grammy weekend celebrations around Los Angeles and attended the Beats Music Launch Party At Belasco Theatre on Friday, Jan. 24. “She laughed and said, ‘You can have Chantel. You can have all the enablers you want. I am not playing the part. Do you think these wannabes really have your best interest at heart? I don’t think so,’” Selena told Justin, according to the insider. It sounds like Selena isn’t jealous that Justin was with Chantel because she knows it won’t amount to anything. Justin is so lucky to have such an honest and caring friend like Selena — and we hope he realizes that she cares about him more than Chantel ever could.
