JUSTIN Bieber has spoken out for the first time since being exposed for his racist antics. “I'm very sorry,” he said. “I apologise for offending or hurting anyone with my childish and inexcusable mistake. “Ignorance has no place in our society and I hope the sharing of my faults can prevent others from making the same mistake in the future.” The 20-year-old made the heartfelt apology following the exposure of a private video in which he repeatedly uses the N-word. The clip, which appears to have been recorded on a friend’s phone, was leaked onto the Internet and within minutes went viral. In the footage, Justin is seen sharing a highly racist joke with his pals, who plead with him not to to drop the punchline. It is not yet known how the film, which was recorded when he was 15, will affect the singer’s career – especially his high-profile relationships with stars like Usher and Will Smith. But the star seems to be desperate to put things right. “I made a reckless and immature mistake and I'm grateful to those close to me who helped me learn those lessons as a young man. Once again....I'm sorry.” Floyd Mayweather is going to bat for his friend Justin Bieber -- saying he still SUPPORTS the pop star despite footage that surfaced this weekend showing a 15-year-old Bieber saying the N-word while telling a racist joke. Floyd -- who's been friends with JB for years -- posted a recent photo where he's posing with Justin and wrote a pretty strong statement explaining why he's got Justin's back: "Justin has been nothing but kind to me, my daughters and sons over the years," Floyd said ... adding, "We all make mistakes when we are young, it’s part of growing up. I am proud of what he’s doing as a 20 year old musician and business man. #TMT"

District Attorney spokesperson Jane Robison tells E! News that the court has declined to file felony charges in regards to the pop singer's attempted robbery investigation citing insufficient evidence. They have referred the case to the city attorney for misdemeanor consideration. According the police report obtained by E! News, nine employees of the park were interviewed and none of them saw Bieber grab the victim's phone or any physical altercation of any kind. Justin's attorney told police that the celeb would not submit to an interview. Additionally, there were no security cameras or any video footage of the incident that came forward. Based on those reasons, the DA declined to prosecute. Los Angeles police confirmed to E! News in May that they were investigating an alleged incident involving Bieber that occurred on the evening of May 12, after a woman claimed that Bieber grabbed her cell phone and yelled at her when she tried to snap a picture of him at a mini-golf complex in Sherman Oaks, Calif. "It is hard to defend myself and my privacy every moment of the day. Then to see rumors. The truth will set u free," began the first of a string of tweets from the singer after the incident occurred. "My mom raised me to be kind to others," Bieber continued. "I get judged, harassed, and I try to take the high road. Sometimes it isn't easy. But we keep trying...I will continue to be the man my mother raised. I love people and I will try to be kind even when things are not fair. Don't believe rumors...Thanks for those who stick by me and those that help me grow everyday. I love you." He went on: "Off to have fun and smile with friends. I'm human. I feel. I hurt. But I got thick skin too. I can handle it. I love you."

Justin Bieber was reportedly involved in a car accident in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. The pop star’s Escalade was being chased by a paparazzo when the singer’s vehicle was hit by a BMW, according to TMZ. The BMW was pulling out of a parking structure when it hit Bieber’s vehicle. A witness told the site that the crash occurred because the driver “misjudged the speed of the Escalade and smashed into it.” Justin Bieber’s Escalade was reportedly hit by another vehicle Tuesday afternoon. Bieber, 20, exited the damaged vehicle and got into another car, which then sped away, TMZ reports. "There was a non-injury traffic accident and no charges were filed," a spokesperson for the Beverly Hills Police Department told the Hollywood Reporter. The officer was unable to confirm if Bieber was a passenger in the car, but said: "we know there was a vehicle that was possibly connected to him" involved in the crash. Bieber's driver was reportedly speeding away from paparazzo when the minor collision occurred, and he immediately jumped into another car and sped off after the fender bender, according to eye witnesses. He is next due in court on July 7 to face DUI charges related to an incident in January when he was arrested in Miami Beach.

Justin Bieber must pay $80,900 restitution for damage caused to his former neighbor's mansion by eggs he threw. The pop star accepted a plea deal to settle a vandalism charge that puts him on probation for two years. The probation will be supervised until he completes 12 weekly anger management sessions, works five days of community labor and pays the restitution. The sentence also requires Bieber to stay at least 100 yards way from the victim's family. Bieber must let the probation officer know if he is deported or otherwise leaves the country, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Leland Harris said. "Justin is glad to get this matter resolved and behind him," his representative said in a written statement. "He will continue to move forward focusing on his career and his music." The misdemeanor charge was filed Wednesday morning by the Los Angeles County District attorney five months after a sheriff's investigator recommended it be prosecuted as a felony. Assistant District Attorney Alan Yochelson told the judge that while the damage to Jeffrey Schwartz's "dream house" was "incredible" he did not think it warranted a felony charge. Yochelson called it "an extremely immature and silly act" that caused "incredible amount of damage" to what the neighbors considered their "dream house." The egging case began when the singer's neighbor called 911 to report that someone was throwing eggs over a fence from Bieber's home. Residents of the exclusive community had previously reported several incidents allegedly involving Bieber, including speeding on the residential streets. Investigators with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department searched Bieber's home on January 14 for video from Bieber's security cameras they hoped would show what happened. They later presented prosecutors of video they said supports a vandalism charge against Bieber, an investigator said. Bieber house guest Lil Za, a rapper whose real name is Xavier Smith, was arrested on a felony drug charge during the raid. Deputies added a vandalism charge when he damaged a jail phone. He later accepted a plea deal for probation.

On-again, off-again couple Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were both seen in social media uploads this week cozying up to other people. Bieber, 20, appeared to start the series of shares Tuesday when he posted a pic on his shots account getting close to model Yovanna Ventura. Gomez followed suit Wednesday night when she posed in a tight embrace with 26-year-old model Tanz Watson while at TAO in New York City. Watson shared the pic via Twitter onThursday, captioning it, "Hold up hold up got my homie @selenagomez." While it was Watson who posted the photo, Gomez, 21, did share a cyrpitc message Wednesday on her Instagram about being compared to another woman. "On valuable life lessons she has learned: 'The moment you compare yourself (to another woman), it weakens you, and I'm not here for that. Once you know that reality (and) claim your space, your life becomes easier." On Thursday the Biebs uploaded another telling snap with Ventura. "Dinner for 2," he captioned it with a wink face — which was more like a slap in the face to the "Come & Get It" singer. It's not clear if the photos are purely coincidental this week or if the two are trying to send messages to one another. However, a source told TMZ that Bieber "religiously watches Selena's every move on social media."
