Taylor Swift is one of the most anticipated performers at the 2014 Grammys, so naturally she’s already hard at work, rehearsing for music’s biggest night. The singer gave fans a snapshot of what her rehearsal looks like on Instagram. She’s shown at a black piano, looking elegant in a dark V-neck, her lips hovering near the microphone. It's a crowded field for Best New Artist at this year's GRAMMYs. Ed Sheeran, James Blake, Kacey Musgraves, Kendrick Lamar, and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis all bring convincing arguments to the table, from very different corners of the music world, no less. But Taylor Swift had no trouble making up her mind. For her, it's all about touring comrade/collaborator Sheeran, and Billboard caught up with Swift to get the details. Today at rehearsals for @grammys. I'm trying to remember.. What was the song a lot of you were saying you wanted me to perform on the #Grammys? "I want him to win everything he's ever up for," the singer says. "He's one of my favorite people on the planet. And he's so talented and he's worked so hard for it. I think he would have amazing acceptance speeches. We toured together all year and I watched him every single night. He was just such a show-stopper." Sheeran is prepping for the release of his highly-anticipated sophomore effort, due some time in 2014. He worked with the legendary Rick Rubin on the new music and says he hopes to release three albums over the next three years. "It was so amazing to watch him work and to watch him put together his new record, which is going to be great," Swift says. "Whether or not he wins Best New Artist, I think people are going to be so blown away by what comes next from him."

Looking striking on the cover of Rolling Stone Mag the New Zealand native opens up inside the mag about burying the hatchet with none other than Taylor Swift. At one point during the magazine's interview with Lorde (real name: Ella Yelich-O'Connor), the New Zealander frets over what to buy as a Christmas gift for her manager. She's torn between a hand-shaped brass bowl and a "minimalist globe table lamp," so she texts photos of both to Swift to get her opinion. "Taylor's super-good at this stuff," the "Team" singer explains to Rolling Stone. "She's decorated her own houses for ages." According to the magazine, the two became friends after Swift sent the teen phenom a bunch of roses when "Royals" hit No. 1. "I was floored," Lorde says. #Lorde#taylor swift#clive davis party
