Prince William allegedly has people "bending over backwards" for him, according to Ingrid Seward. The 34-year-old royal, his wife Catherine and their two children Prince George, three, and 15-month-old Charlotte are rumoured to be the couple hosts most want to have stay because they are deemed the "ultimate status symbol", which allows them to enjoy a number of complimentary luxury holidays with staff going above and beyond to appease them. Speaking about the family and their extravagant holidays to the Mail Online, the royal author said: "The fact is, people are bending over backwards to host the Cambridges. "It's the ultimate status symbol to have them to stay, even if the hosts are away." This news comes after it was alleged the couple enjoyed a ten day vacation at a 16th century chateau in the South of France for free, which was courtesy of Michael Green.

So it seems that Kate Middleton and Prince William, along with their own perfect little family, have inspired a bit of a feud between the royals and the Middletons. The families are reportedly getting a little heated over Prince George and Princess Charlotte and are now caught in a “new family war,” as the International Business Times claims. A new report citing an apparent source close to the young royal couple indicates that Mrs. Middleton and Prince Charles have engaged in a tete-a-tete. Additionally, the source goes as far to suggest that the next in line for the throne is ready to seek revenge about the exclusion he and Camilla are feeling, noting that Charles feels betrayed since he warmly “welcomed the Middleton family into their lives.” Revenge is reportedly being achieved by way of not including the in-laws of his eldest son in any royal events, but reportedly Carole Middleton is not swayed and is not “about to beg for forgiveness.” The source goes on to say that Prince Charles and his wife Camilla Parker Bowles “feel excluded from Charlotte and George’s lives. Prince Charles is furious about it.” Unfortunately, the drama between Carole and Prince Charles has now drawn in their children and the royal couple, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, yet William is no fan of drama.

The royal couple will meet charities and business on their two-day “mini-tour” of the area on September 1 and 2. Prince William, Kate and Prince Harry have sent a letter to Team GB’s record breaking athletes to congratulate them on their success at the Rio Olympics. The trio are avid sports fans, with William the president of the Football Association, Kate a patron for Sportsaid and Harry the founder of the Invictus Games. And it seems they’ve been big fans of the Rio Olympics as well, even if it has meant staying up late.
