VIRGINIA Roberts says she was used as a sex slave by disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein and claims she had sex with Prince Andrew in a toilet aged 17. The 66-year-old was found hanged in his prison cell in New York on August 10 as he awaited trial on sex trafficking charges. Who is Virginia Roberts? Mum-of-three Virginia Roberts - now Virginia Giuffre, 35, is involved in a legal tangle with Brit socialite Ghislaine Maxwell - Jeffrey Epstein’s ex-lover. Giuffre has alleged that she was procured by “madame” Maxwell, 57, the daughter of disgraced tycoon Robert Maxwell, as a teenage “sex slave” for Epstein. She released a manuscript just hours before Jeffrey Epstein's death, which added to more than 2,000 documents of a lawsuit pending against the former financier and his pals. The legal documents were released in a defamation case involving Giuffre, who in 2015 claimed Prince Andrew slept with her three times, and Maxwell. Virginia Roberts has now claimed that she had sex with Prince Andrew in a toilet when she was 17, after a night where he had been plying her with vodka in a posh London club. The royal has vehemently denied the accusations against him, branding them "false" and "without foundation". When called by the Sun Online, Buckingham Palace stated: “It is emphatically denied that The Duke of York had any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts." However, Roberts - now Virginia Giuffre - stood by her accusations, saying the Prince "was an abuser, he was a participant."

A TV interview with Prince Andrew accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre set to air Monday could spark further “ramifications” for the disgraced royal, according to a report. Giuffre is set to appear on “Panorama” at 4 p.m. New York time to talk about her “really scary time” as Jeffrey Epstein’s sex slave, during which she alleges he forced her to have sex three times with the Duke of York. It airs just weeks after the 59-year-old royal’s own BBC sitdown on “Newsnight” ended so badly he was dumped from royal duties. “If people thought ‘Newsnight’ was a disaster for the Duke, this is really going to put the cat amongst the pigeons,” a source told The Sun of Monday’s special, which has been doubled in length to an hour. “It is a fantastic program and will cause ramifications.’’ In his own “car crash” interview, Andrew had tried to justify his shameful ties to multimillionaire pedophile Epstein and claimed he had no recollection of meeting Giuffre.

A lawyer representing Prince Andrew’s accuser Virginia Roberts has sensationally claimed that the Duke of York may have been secretly caught on video visiting convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. ‘There is no doubt Prince Andrew would have been captured on footage filmed in rooms and private areas of Epstein’s property,’ said David Boies. The disclosure will raise more concerns for Andrew, who has vehemently and repeatedly denied all allegations against him, including that he had sex with Ms Roberts three times, the first when she was just 17. Many of Epstein’s victims have reported seeing surveillance cameras in private areas of his properties, including bedrooms. One woman recalled accidentally stumbling through a ‘hidden door’ in the disgraced financier’s New York home to find ‘several men looking at banks and banks of monitors which showed activity in every room of the house, including the bedrooms and where the massages took place’. Maria Farmer, who claims that Epstein assaulted her and her sister in the 1990s, claimed to have seen a ‘media room’ which had TVs set up with feeds from pinhole surveillance cameras dotted around the Manhattan mansion. ‘It was all videoed all the time. I asked him [Epstein], “What do you do with all this?” And he said, “I keep it all in my safe”,’ she alleged. Despite Mr Boies’s suspicion, there is no evidence that any footage exists – or existed – of Prince Andrew involved in any wrongdoing during visits to Epstein or his properties. The Prince adamantly denies any wrongdoing. The FBI raided Epstein’s Manhattan home shortly after he was arrested on child sex charges last summer and found diamonds, fake passports and money. They have repeatedly declined to comment on whether they found any surveillance tapes. Mr Boies has formally written to the Prince’s legal team at least three times asking that he provide ‘any and all written or electronic correspondence between Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew’. Mr Boies said that he was 'quite confident' that Epstein's tapes did exist at one point but is not sure if they still do.
