Gwen Stefani is a first-time CMT Music Award winner! The singer added one more trophy to her shelf during Wednesday's awards ceremony in Nashville, Tennessee. Stefani and boyfriend Blake Shelton took home the award for Collaborative Video of the Year for their "Nobody But You" music video. "This is absolutely unbelievable," Shelton began after hugging Stefani. "First of all, thank you Gwen Stefani." "Thank you!" Stefani responded. "My gosh. I can't believe it. Country music! What is happening to my life?" After getting their bearings a bit, Shelton revealed that he didn't think he and his girlfriend were going to take home the trophy. "I told Gwen, when I saw who the other nominees were in our category, literally it was like, 'That would've been cool, but I don't know what our chances of beating Justin Bieber are,'" he recalled. "But here we are! So thank you so much... Fan-voted awards are, to me, the only stand-up award shows left in our industry it feels like sometimes. You guys are the ones who buy the records, you come to the shows, and you vote on these things. So we love you so much." "I love you so much," he added, turning to Stefani, who reciprocated the love to her beau. "This means the world to us, more than you can probably imagine," Shelton added, before joking, "This is a crazy pairing in lots of different ways, but it's working!" The couple beat out Carly Pearce and Lee Brice's "I Hope You're Happy Now,” Dan + Shay and Justin Bieber's “10,000 Hours," Kane Brown and Nelly's “Cool Again," Marshmello and Kane Brown's “One Thing Right” and Thomas Rhett and Jon Pardi's “Beer Can't Fix."

The couple made their engagement Instagram official on Tuesday with a sweet post from Stefani, 51, sharing a photo of her ring alongside her new fiancé, 44. Multiples sources confirmed to PEOPLE that the two recently got engaged in Oklahoma. "@blakeshelton yes please! 💍🙏🏻 gx," Stefani captioned the photo on Instagram. http://instagram.com/p/CG2tZeonC9m Shelton shared the same post with a sweet caption. "Hey @gwenstefani thanks for saving my 2020... And the rest of my life." he wrote. "I love you. I heard a YES!" The big announcement comes just weeks after the No Doubt alum told Extra that she thought it was "pretty cute" when people referred to Shelton as her husband. http://instagram.com/p/CG0XitEBVp5 "Do you know how many people say my 'husband' about him?" she said, referring to Shelton, 44. "I guess we're just together." "People got used to it or something like that," she added. "But it's pretty cute." In August, she corrected Dua Lipa on Jummy Kimmel Live after the British singer referred to Shelton as her husband. "Um, well ... he's not my husband, but that sounded cool when you said it," Stefani said.

Blake Shelton had the perfect plan to pop the question to Gwen Stefani! According to US Weekly, the "God's Country" singer put in plenty of thought before getting down on one knee to propose to his longtime love. "Blake had the ring custom-designed and asked permission from her dad before asking Gwen," a source told the outlet. "It meant so much to her that he was so traditional about it." A separate insider revealed that the magical moment went down in Blake's homestate of Oklahoma, where the couple had been quarantined for the majority of the COVID-19 pandemic. http://instagram.com/p/CG2tZeonC9m Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are engaged after five years together. The No Doubt rocker, 51, and the country superstar, 44, announced the happy news on Instagram Tuesday, giving fans a peek at Stefani’s dazzling diamond engagement ring in the process. Shelton had the sparkler custom-designed, according to Us Weekly — and spared no expense. “Gwen’s ring appears to feature a classic, six-prong setting with a 6-9 carat solitaire diamond set on a white gold or platinum band,” Brilliant Earth‘s SVP of merchandising and retail expansion, Kathryn Money, told Page Six Style. http://instagram.com/p/CG3XP6dB8Fk “Depending on the quality and specific characteristics of center stone, we estimate the cost of the ring to be around $500,000+.” Katie Zimmerman, CMO at Blue Nile, believes the “Sweet Escape” singer’s rock could be worth even more. “Gwen’s massive new bling appears to be a round or oval cut, set in a solitaire or simple pavé platinum setting,” she explained. “With the center stone nearly reaching Gwen’s middle knuckle, I estimate the total weight of her engagement ring to be approximately 8-10 carats at a value of $700,000-$800,000, depending on the color and clarity of the diamonds.”
