The 26-year-old singer released the official music video for "All About You" Tuesday night on Vevo and it's pretty freakin' adorable. In the beginning, Duff snaps a picture of a handsome guy she can't keep her eyes off of at the local diner. When he leaves the restaurant without his album, the singer goes on a mission to return the prized possession to the mystery guy. "All About You" is featured on Duff's highly anticipated new album. Tentatively scheduled for a fall release date, the former Lizzie McGuire star can't wait for fans to hear it. "I've worked very hard and the album is a great representation of the experiences I've had in my life and where I want to go from here," she told E! News. "I'm really proud of the album I've made." "All About You" takes the former child star to a dance studio as she rocks choreographed routines with a group of girlfriends, showing off her toned legs in a pair of booty shorts. Duff, who announced her split from husband Mike Comrie this past June, also checks out a new man in the music video. She eyes a hottie sitting near her, and zooms in on his face using her smartphone, capturing an image of him to show her friends. "All About You" and "Chasing the Sun" will be featured on the singer's upcoming fifth studio album, her first since 2007's Dignity. In the years since, she has worked on her publishing career, continued to act, and welcomed son Luca, 2, with Comrie. Duff's album was originally scheduled to hit stores in October, but the performer announced this past August that the project was being pushed back "a few more months".

Hilary Duff has been charming fans and the media alike during her promo runs for ‘Chasing the Sun’ and ‘All About You,’ so it’s only natural that someone ask her how she escaped having the cliched rebellious stage so many child stars experience. The question came up during Hilary’s visit to the Elvis Duran Show, when one of the DJs used Miley Cyrus as an example of a Disney star who’s “going through this huge transformation.” “I think that Miley, she’s being authentic to who she is and wants to be and I think that’s rad,” Hilary said. “Like, unapologetically, she is going for it and being really bold and not really caring what anybody thinks.” As for being a role model, Hilary admits she did have her moments — just out of the public eye. “I do identify with the frustrations of feeling like I have to be a good role model — or did, maybe — not so much anymore,” she added. “And that was hard because you do want to explore yourself and there’s this reputation to hold up or whatever. But I took a big break, just because I needed to, and I got to do a lot of living and soul-searching and I got to mess up, but I just did it a little more privately than all the others.”

Hilary Duff is locking lips and it isn't with her estranged husband Mike Comrie. The 27-year-old actress-singer was spotted in a particularly passionate embrace on Monday while filming scenes for upcoming television show Younger. Standing on a New York City street outside the entrance to an apartment building, the blonde beauty could be seen getting pulled in for a kiss by Norwegian actor Thorbjorn Harr, 40. Cameras rolled as the two actors performed their scene, which required multiple takes. Hilary cut a stunning figure, professionally and stylishly dressed, in a fitted red skirt, gray tucked-in top, and black blazer. She accessorised with snakeskin cage-style heels, gold watch and a black leather handbag. Her long locks were worn down and straight with a bit of natural texture, and her hands showcased a fresh taupe manicure. In a locker room scene, the mother-of-one is seen commenting on the abundant body hair of her new co-worker Liza, a 40-year-old single mom trying to pass as a 26-year-old in order to make it in the work force. With a mortified look on her face, Hilary's character Kelsey asks Liza, played by Sutton Foster, 'Don't you wax?', referring to her friend's nether regions. Hilary's new role is described as 'a smart, ambitious 20-something who welcomes Liza to the publishing firm, treats her as a contemporary and makes a concerted effort to integrate her into her social life, having no idea that Liza is a decade older'. The sitcom, based off Pamela Redmond Satran's novel of the same name, will consist of 12 episodes in its first season, which premieres in January.

What ever happened to Lizzie McGuire? Hilary Duff has the answer! Well, she has an answer. The Disney Channel series' creator Terri Minsky hasn't publicly revealed what envisioned for the TV character after the show ended in 2004, but Duff has her own ideas about what Lizzie might be up to today. "I don't think she'd be married to Gordo (Adam Lamberg). I don't know," the Younger actress, 27, recently told BuzzFeed. "I think she'd go off to college and potentially become a little cooler than she was, but still not bitchy at all. I think she's just the biggest-hearted girl ever." "Maybe she'd move to New York for a while, and her parents would probably follow her and rent an apartment secretly," the Younger star mused. "I think she's pretty smart. I can imagine her being on a path to something really special and great, but I feel like she'd still be working her way through the office grind and she'd probably constantly embarrass herself—mishaps in the office all the time." Like Lizzie, Duff is pretty accident-prone. "I'm extremely klutzy in real life. My bathroom constantly looks like a murder scene, because I get out of the bathtub and I've cut my legs, like, eight different times," she said. "I have scars on my hands because I was just cutting into an English muffin and basically, like, sliced the top of my finger off!" Even so, Duff insisted that she's much more coordinated than her alter-ego. "I'm much more in control of my body than she was, and not, like, physically awkward, you know?" "I think I just move too quickly through things, and then don't pay attention," she added. Duff doesn't see her old co-stars too often, but Hollywood is a small town. "I remember one time I was plugging my meter outside, and I saw [Hallie Todd], who played my mom on the show, and I was like, 'Oh my God!' I cried on the street," she said. "We all, I think, hold each other in a really special place."
