Just weeks after her surprise Spanish-language track, "De Una Vez," Selena Gomez announced that she'd be following up that release with an EP of Spanish music, Revelación. She shared the news on Instagram, telling fans that there would be one more single, "Baila Conmigo" featuring Rauw Alegando and Tainy, before the full release on March 12. "REVELACIÓN, mi primer EP en español, estará disponible el 12 de marzo. Pre-ordénalo mañana a las 9 pm PT. // REVELACIÓN, my first ever Spanish EP, is out March 12. Preorder it tomorrow at 9 pm PT," she wrote. "Baila Conmigo" is set to be released on January 29. "I am incredibly proud of my Latin background. It felt empowering to sing in Spanish again and 'De Una Vez' is such a beautiful love anthem," Gomez told Entertainment Tonight. During an interview with Apple Music's Zane Lowe, Gomez said that the project has been in the works for more than a decade. http://instagram.com/p/CKjldxejD-B "Because I'm so, so proud of my heritage and just genuinely felt like I wanted this to happen," she said. "And it happened, and I feel like it's the perfect timing. Just with all the division in the world, there's something about Latin music that globally just makes people feel things, you know?" Twitter users spotted posters for "De Una Vez" and "Baila Conmigo" in Mexico, fueling speculation that Gomez would be releasing new material. Some also mentioned that Gomez teased Spanish-language music back in 2011.

Selena Gomez was not kidding when she said she’s working on a Spanish-language project. Following the release of her first Spanish single in over 10 years, Gomez has teased her next single -- dubbed “Baila Conmigo” -- in collaboration with Rauw Alejandro and Tainy.
“Baila Conmigo,” which features Rauw Alejandro and was produced by Tainy, will arrive on Friday (Jan. 29).
A photo shared to social media shows Selena rocking her shoulder-length hair, a fitted dress with a red-orange spotlight. Gomez also posted a clip of her exiting the room featured in the "De Una Vez" video; the phrase "Baila Conmigo" then flashes across the screen, indicating that the next chapter is on its way.
“Baila Conmigo" comes 15 days after she dropped “De Una Vez,” a rhythmic pop tune, produced by Tainy, Albert Hype, Jota Rosa, and Neon16, where Gomez opens up about healing from a previous relationship and discovering her self-worth.

Selena Gomez, Rauw Alejandro - Baila Conmigo (Official Video)
Selena Gomez has officially announced her new Spanish-language EP, REVELACIÓN. It’s due out March 12 via Interscope. The pop singer has also dropped a new Tainy-produced single called ‘Baila Conmigo’ (‘Dance With Me’), which features Puerto Rican artist Rauw Alejandro. Check it out below, alongside an accompanying music video directed by Brazilian filmmaker Fernando Nogari.
“With ‘Baila Conmigo,’ I want to get everyone dancing,” Gomez said in a statement. “The video portrays the sense of isolation we all are experiencing right now and how music truly does connect us all no matter where we are in the world.”
Producer Tainy commented, “It was a really interesting song for me to work on with Selena, since it fuses an authentic reggaeton sound with elements like the plucked electric guitar that lean more pop. Rauw’s melodies captured that essence and complemented Selena’s very well. I’m excited for this one!”
“The fact an artist of Selena’s caliber considered me to collaborate on her project is a blessing,” Rauw Alejandro added. “‘Baila Conmigo’ is super catchy and sexy. I hope fans love this collaboration as much as I do.”
‘Baila Conmigo’ follows the EP’s lead single ‘De Una Vez’, which marked Gomez’s first Spanish-language song in more than a decade. Her third solo album, Rare, arrived in early 2020.

As evidenced by the 28-year-old singer's Instagram Story, she had the time of her life busting a move with a female pal, who sported matching 'Brooklyn' sweatpants. After working up an appetite with their perfectly synced-up choreography, the pop star and friends flocked to the kitchen for a custom-made cake, which featured the name of her track and a salsa dancer in a red dress on the top. As she sat criss-cross applesauce on her kitchen's marble countertop, she could be seen swaying to her new Spanish-language hit with her hands covered in frosting. While her friends laughed, she continued to slap and punch the cake with her fists as someone in the background marveled that the baked good was 'so resilient.'

Lost in translation but in lust: That’s the message conveyed in Selena Gomez’s new Spanish-language single “Baila Conmigo'' in collaboration with Rauw Alejandro. In the sultry reggaeton song, produced by Tainy, Selena and Rauw go back-and-forth with sultry lyrics about dance and desire -- despite the language barrier. “Baby, I don’t know if you speak a lot of Spanish/ If you understand when I say ‘my love’/ Devouring each other without understanding each other is better/ We only have to like each other,” Rauw kicks off the song. Bringing the love story to life, the cinematic visual filmed by Nogari in Ceará, Brazil, shows a woman who loves to dance and ultimately meets her soulmate at the beach. Selena Gomez’s ‘De Una Vez’ Is About Healing From a Broken Heart: Lyric Translation “Baila Conmigo” comes just two days after Gomez announced her all-Spanish EP Revelacion, dropping in March, and two weeks after the release of “De Una Vez,” her first Spanish single in more than a decade.
