March is Women's History Month, and who better to put together a playlist for women than Ariana Grande? The "God Is a Woman" singer announced on Twitter that she released a 103-song playlist on Apple Music in honor of International Women's Day, and it has plenty of bops that'll empower you (and every woman) to be strong, independent, and comfortable in your own skin. From hits like "Dirrty" by Christina Aguilera to empowering singles like "Pretty Girl Rock" by Keri Hilson, this mix of music has songs by all kinds of artists, both old and new. http://instagram.com/p/CMDTOBFFR0h Grande embraces her womanhood, and challenges other women to uplift one another and break the standard definition of what a woman "should be" — and for that, we celebrate! Find the list of songs Grande picked out, ahead.

Protesters gathered in front of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's New York City office on Monday to protest subminimum wage.
The protest was pushing for more states, including New York, to adopt higher minimum wages for tipped workers.
They say a wage structure that leaves workers, especially female employees, dependent on tips often forces them to put up with harassing and abusive behavior from their customers or risk not being paid.
Kim Russell, executive advisor with Women's March, said that the event was planned before recent accusations of sexual harassment against Cuomo became public, but that those accusations made the event all the more appropriate.
"These allegations have come out and it's just further proves our point, you know, that we need to not only end subminimum wage, but we also need to end workplace harassment," said Russell.
Russell said that the Women's March organization has called on Cuomo to resign. Cuomo has said that he will not.

On International Women’s Day, the IOC talks with tennis star Naomi Osaka on the importance of sport and strong female role models in the fight for gender equality. Naomi Osaka, who is looking forward to taking part in her first Olympic Games after her fourth Grand Slam win at the Australian Open last month, is particularly proud of the work being done on promoting gender equality at Tokyo 2020. As she prepares to compete on home soil, the Japanese player talks about the recent appointment of Seiko Hashimoto at the head of the Tokyo 2020 Organising Committee, and the importance of having women in leadership positions. “This is such an important moment for Japanese women, and women around the world; and I hope it’s an inspiration to a young girl with big dreams to know that anything is possible,” she says. http://instagram.com/p/CMA-VvRJ55U The Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 will provide a unique platform to highlight progress and change. Osaka believes the Games can contribute to creating a more inclusive society: “Sport is such an amazing vehicle that brings people together, and especially the Olympic spirit. There are athletes from all different places, with different stories and different challenges, and I hope we can start highlighting the more unique Olympic athlete stories that not only touch upon the journey to the Games, but also can highlight heritage and the adversity faced outside the sport. That would be such a good way to be more inclusive.”
