Ahead of hitting the stage on Friday night as the support act for Ricky Martin's tour, Delta Goodrem opted for a relaxed look during the day. Giving her skin some time to breathe, the 30-year-old Australian singer was spotted makeup-free while taking a stroll in Perth. The barefaced beauty opted for a casual look, swapping her glitzy onstage ensembles for a simple outfit. Delta was seen wearing a black maxi dress with edgy thigh-high slits, allowing a glimpse of her toned legs to be on show for all to see. Opting for comfortable footwear, she was seen taking her steps in a pair of closed monochrome running shoes. The songstress had her golden tresses pulled back in a chic bun, with a pair of dark sunglasses also propped on her head. Walking along with a friend and her mother Lea, the ARIA Award winner was seen chatting away while typing on her phone.

Fresh from her tour with fellow The Voice Australia mentor Ricky Martin, singer Delta Goodrem jumped back up on-stage for a surprise duet. The 30-year-old surprised fans during crooner Michael Bolton's Sydney concert on Friday by making an unannounced guest appearance. Walking out onto the stage at the State Theatre, the popstar waved to the audience, flashing her winning smile. The knee-length figure-hugging dress featured short sleeves and a deep-v neckline, adding even more sex appeal to her ensemble. However, the nineties style choker around her neck with bits beading hanging off like tendrils looked more goth than rock-chick. Known for being barefoot when she performs, the leggy lady instead donned heels with straps around the ankle as she belted out a number with the eighties popstar. The 62-year-old American singer also looked sharp in an all black ensemble, wearing a suit with an open shirt underneath. The pair greeted each other with a big hug before launching into their duet I'm Not Ready, which they recorded together in 2011. Later, Delta took to Instagram to share a snap from the performance, telling fans she made the guest appearance with her good friend, just because. 'Surprise Sydney Sing because it's a Friday night and my friend Mr Michael Bolton is in town,' she began. 'So we do what we love to do, go have coffee, talk about the world and sssssingggg from our heart and souls,' the Innocent Eyes songstress continued.

She's set to return to the TV screens in the coming weeks for her judging gig on The Voice Australia. But before she gets snowed under with auditions, mentoring and live shows, Delta Goodrem has decided to ditch the bitter winter in Australia and treat herself to a mini summer holiday in Italy. The 30-year-old singer touched down in the European country earlier this week and has been bombarding fans with stunning pictures of her sun-filled adventure on her Instagram account. The blonde beauty was in her element as she posed beside landmarks, nibbled on delicious food, guzzled down some wine and slurped on the finest coffee. At one point, she looked every inch the traveller as she posed in what appeared to be a church while she clutched hold of a travel and tourism book in her right hand. Dressed in a white shirt, pin-striped skirt and a thin black scarf wrapped around her neck, the Australian beauty gazed down at the floor while her gorgeous wavy locks caressed her shoulders. In another picture, uploaded to the photo-sharing site, Delta stood in front of a stone archway in a lightweight white coat as she turned her head towards the camera to capture an idyllic shot. It's not known who was accompanying Delta on the trip but she was recently spotted with a mystery man in Sydney.

She's on-camera right now so it's only natural that Delta Goodrem should look her most polished. But the Voice coach, who is sharing the limelight on the singing show with fellow female judge Jessie J, inadvertently revealed one of her beauty secrets at a hair salon in California on Tuesday. Sitting patiently in the hairdresser's seat as her locks were blow-dried, the 30-year-old singer flashed a glimpse of her hidden hair extensions. Sitting with a towel wrapped over her shoulders at Drybar in Studio City, the former Neighbours star showed off a makeup-free look as she appeared to send messages from her smartphone.Having spent some time inside the salon, she emerged looking pleased with her bouncy new look before a strong gust of wind blew it out of shape. Wearing a loose-fitting jumpsuit and heels, the former actress was seen attempting to dodge the elements as she moved swiftly to her car. But as the winds picked up, the star gamely saw the funny side and was able to laugh at herself. But she didn't count on the weather being quite so unkind and as she made her way to the car she battled one last forceful gust - which sent her neatly coiffed hair tumbling forwards.

Since The Voice's premiere in Australia last month, tension between judges Delta Goodrem and Jessie J has bubbled and brewed below the show's shiny red surface, threatening to spew over with every turn of a chair. The in-fighting came to a dramatic crescendo on Sunday night when an irate Delta declared she was sick of the English singer's tough love for contestants and stormed off stage. "I'm over this s**t. I'm out," Delta said, ripping out her ear piece and storming off with several production staff in tow after Jessie dressed down one young contestant. The Australian singer said she was could no longer sit by and watch artists "be embarrassed on stage". "I think I've had enough of the tough love. I want to be someone who wants to encourage people's dreams," Delta said later in the program. The argument between the successful women comes less than a week after Jessie controversially encouraged a contestant to choose Joel and Benji Madden over Australia's sweetheart if he wanted a better career. The resulting hour of television was nothing short of uncomfortable, with Delta declaring she was "furious" and shot Jessie obvious death stares. "I'm going to kill you," the Innocent Eyes singer said, pointing a menacing finger at her. Despite bickering between Delta and Jessie, the Channel Nine spokeswoman said they were happy with the panel of judges. "We think the show's looking great. The quality of the artists is incredible and everybody's really happy with the show."
