This week, the top skaters outside of Europe headed to Colorado Springs to battle the altitude at the 2023 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships. Kao Miura and Keegan Messing both skated spectacular performances for a stunning end of the men's competition. The Ice Dance Academy of Montreal swept the dance event with Chock and Bates winning gold, Fournier Beaudry and Sorensen winning silver, and Lajoie and Lagha winning bronze. Haein Lee, Yelim Kim, Isabeau Levito, Bradie Tennell, Amber Glenn, Mone Chiba and Rinka Watanabe highlighted the women's event. Riku Miura and Ryuichi Kihara won gold in pairs, Emily Chan and Spencer Howe earned silver and Deanna Stellato and Maxime DesChamps earned bronze.
