It seems Little Mix’s spell really can’t be broken as Black Magic spends its third week atop the Official Singles Chart. The lead single from the group’s upcoming third studio album Get Weird, Black Magic this week outsold its nearest competitor - Years & Years’ King (2) - by nearly 7,000 copies. Lost Frequencies’ Are You With Me lands at Number 3 today and takes the title of the most streamed track of the week, racking up over 2.17 million listens in the last seven days. Major Lazer’s Lean On ft. MO & DJ Snake (10) has also broken the 2 million barrier this week with 2.1 million streams. This week’s highest climber is dance duo Sigma’s Glitterball ft. Ella Henderson. The track, which is also the most downloaded song of the week, first entered the Official Chart at Number 182 last week on streams alone and climbs a mammoth 178 places this week upon its full sales release, to land at 4.

Little Mix might be the biggest girl group in the U.K. (and possibly the world) right now, but they can still make mistakes in the eyes of fans. Little Mix, consisting of Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, performed their smash-hit single “Black Magic” at the 2016 Brit Awards show on February 24, but their performance caused a controversy. While no one can deny that the performance of “Black Magic” was spectacular and one of the hits of the night, Little Mix were criticized by fans for obviously miming on the song’s chorus. As reported by OK!, Little Mix sang live only to the verses, with the “lip sync tragedy” being painfully obvious. Fans took to Twitter to vent their frustration. To be fair, Little Mix’s performance was energetic to say the least. Assisted by dancers with Day of the Dead makeup, a large sugar skull backdrop, and a heavy drum beat, Little Mix danced around the stage for most of the song. It is virtually impossible to put on such a production and not be out of breath, so the decision to have a backing track for the chorus of “Black Magic” might be understandable. It is unfortunate that the contrast between the chorus and the verses was so noticeable.

Little Mix have showcased a completely different style for their latest fashion shoot with edgy lifestyle magazine, Notion. The girls shed their pop princess image for the shoot which saw their saccharine sweet smiles replaced with smouldering stares. The shoot was focused around the elements, and Earth = Perrie, Fire = Jesy, Water = Leigh-Anne, Wind = Jade. Jesy Nelson led the way in semi-sheer red ensemble which teased a glimpse at her ample cleavage and showed of her shapely legs.

The foursome, who were put together by Tulisa Contastavlos on the singing show, have dominated the charts, been nominated for a Brit Award and even cracked America. The Get Weird World tour is sure to complete the girls’ transformation from reality star winners into fully-fledged pop stars. As Jesy Nelson, 24, Jade Thirlwall, 23, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 24, and Perrie Edwards, 22, prepare to bring their own unique brand of weirdness to Belfast’s SSE arena this week, Sunday Life caught up with them. From the moment you meet them, they make you feel like one of their gang. It’s clear the four of them really care about each other with Jesy bringing Perrie and Leigh-Anne cookies when they get hungry after a long day of interviews. Their unbreakable bond is clearly the key to their success. Where their predecessors, Girls Aloud, All Saints and the Spice Girls have all unravelled due to in band fighting and rivalries, Little Mix remain united as a foursome.

Little Mix have the perfect formula for getting over break-up drama in the Director X-helmed video for the "Hair," which dropped on Wednesday morning (Apr. 20). It involves a classic combo: pizza, drinks, and a lingerie dance party. The clip for the fourth single from the band's Get Weird album opens with Leigh-Anne Pinnock texting images of her straying man to the rest of the group, who then descend on her place in the middle of the night to help soothe Leigh's aching heart. Washing that man out of Leigh-Anne's hair involves a signature mix of martinis, make-up application and hair drying, singing into flat irons, flirting with the dopey pizza delivery guy, playing dress up, and a heavy dose of coordinated PJ hairbrush karaoke.
