Pippa Middleton didn't just finish the world's longest downhill ski race, in Switzerland, on Saturday – she did so in respectable time. The royal sibling and extreme sports enthusiast finished the legendary Inferno race, in Mürren, placing 67th out of 105 participants in her category in the daredevil descent. "For her it was a really positive result and she was really, really happy to finish the race," event spokesperson Sam Bichsel tells PEOPLE, adding, "She did really good!" Despite the 32-year-old's skiing experience (and general athletic ability) Princess Kate's sporty sister was apprehensive before she set off, Bichsel says.

Let's forget for a moment that Pippa Middleton is probably/definitely dating investment banker and old Etonian James Matthews, and pretend she made plans to cruise her gym on February 14th. Celebrity Dirty Laundry saw the photo and declared that the Duchess of Cambridge's "tragically single sister spent a lonely Valentine’s Day at the gym, probably burning off some calories so that she could go buy some half-priced Valentine’s candy for herself after the holiday was over and go home and binge on it." "Apparently, Pippa never misses a workout, not even on Valentine’s Day," the super-sleuths at CDL went on. "Either the socialite is VERY dedicated to her fitness – or like half of the people reading this, had no one to share the romantic holiday with and opted to go to the gym rather than crying in her pajamas and watching sappy movies all day by herself."

A society designer favoured by the Duchess of Cambridge and her sister Pippa has praised the sisters for their immaculate sense of style. Tabitha Somerset Webb, 46, has previously collaborated with Pippa on a dress design and both the Middletons have stepped out in her summery patterned dresses for events such as Wimbledon and the US Open. Speaking to Hello! magazine, Tabitha praised Pippa's for looking amazing in anything she wears, saying: 'She's a really down-to-earth accessible girl, the sort of lovely woman you can sit down and have a chat with and I think people like her style.'

Pippa Middleton was heating up the slopes again as she showed off her skiing skills alongside her boyfriend James Matthews. She was all smiles as she slid down the white stuff in Verbier in Switzerland, before going for some drinks with friends at the resort. Complete in her bright blue snow jacket and black bottoms, she elegantly illustrated her talent on the skis, as well as laughing and joking with Mr Matthews on the Swiss Alps. Pippa is a regular on the slopes around Europe, most recently being pictured in Switzerland and Norway. Last month, the 32-year-old sister of the Duchess of Cambridge took park in the Birkebeiner Ski Race in Norway - a 54km cross-country course from Rena to Lillehammer. Again with boyfriend Mr Matthews, she was in her element as she eagerly waited for the race to begin, putting on an affectionate display with her City trader partner at the starting line.

An article that said Prince Harry and Pippa Middleton were rumoured to be enjoying a "secret romance" was misleading, the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO) has ruled. The Daily Star printed the story in December 2015 but Harry complained, saying the claims were "completely untrue". In Friday's edition of the paper, an article outlining the Ipso ruling said that the "manner in which the claims were presented was significantly misleading". The original article reported that a US magazine had published claims about the young royal and his sister-in-law's relationship and said Clarence House had declined to comment. The ruling printed on Friday said: "The article had clearly attributed the claims about the complainant and Ms Middleton to the US magazine. While it had not contained a positive assertion of their truth, there was no suggestion that there was reason to doubt their veracity.
