The Duchess of Sussex made her second official appearance as a member of the royal family when she stepped out to attend the Trooping the Colour on Saturday. Meghan looked as stylish as ever during the annual celebrations, and chose to wear a gorgeous pale pink Carolina Herrera dress as she made her first balcony appearance with the rest of the royal family. The pretty neckline of the outfit was even reminiscent of her now-iconic wedding dress! Her outfit was accessorised with a matching Philip Treacy hat, and was finished off with her signature minimalist jewellery and a Carolina Herrera clutch bag. Beauty-wise, Meghan styled her brunette hair in tighter curls than usual, wearing a glossy lip instead of her usual natural lip balm.

When Meghan Markle made her official Trooping the Colour debut last Saturday, she wasn’t front and center on the palace balcony. The new Duchess of Sussex notably stood behind her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, and brother-in-law, Prince William — and it all came down to a royal “pecking order.” “She was not as prominent perhaps as some people might have expected, but there’s a pecking order,” Joe Little, managing editor of Majesty magazine, tells PEOPLE. “There was no slight intended, but William being the older, more senior brother would go out [first] with his wife.”

The Duchess of Sussex showed off a darker brow style with more of a dramatic shape on Tuesday. Meghan’s go-to style is a result of the “Audrey Brow” treatment, which is named after one of her favorite style inspirations — the original queen of the power brow — Audrey Hepburn. Meghan’s personal brow stylist, Sherrille Riley, told PEOPLE earlier this year: “It’s particularly flattering on Meghan because it’s a really natural style and it really compliments her features — she’s a beautiful woman.”

Meghan Markle was all smiles as she cheered on Prince Harry and Prince William at the Audi Polo Challenge in Ascot, England, on Saturday. The Duchess of Sussex looked effortlessly chic while wearing a cotton gingham Ashland dress designed by Shoshanna Gruss. The sleeveless summertime dress came down to just below Meghan’s knees, and also featured eyelet details and a sweet bow tied around her waist. The dress, which was previously sold on Neiman Marcus, is sold out. Meghan paired her dress with a pair of Grear leather sandals from Sarah Flint NY, a pair of sunglasses and a white-and-black Madewell x Biltmore panama hat, which is also sold out.

A woman who met Meghan during her June 14 visit to Cheshire posted a video on Twitter of their sweet conversation, as well as those with surrounding attendees. And the internet immediately erupted, declaring that the new Duchess of Sussex, 36, has an English accent — or at least is starting to lose her American one.
