The Backstreet Boys may be the biggest and best-selling boyband of all time, but they're also family. Celebrating their 25th anniversary, along with the release of their first album in five years -- DNA out Jan. 25 -- AJ McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell sat down to discuss their personal struggles, reflect on their ups and downs as a band, and how almost losing their bond only brought them closer together. "Twenty-five years, that's huge. There is still so much left that we haven’t accomplished, that we haven't done," McLean explains in a video posted to BSB's YouTube on Wednesday. "To be able to have this, second chance, we need to know what each person's breaking point is, which I think we know now."

Backstreet Boys - No Place (Official Video) Pre-order the new Backstreet Boys album ‘DNA’ available 01.25.19 featuring “Chances”, “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” and “No Place”! The band released the music video for their new song “No Place,” which is off the upcoming album DNA. It’s all about how they’ve traveled around the world but the best feeling is when they’re all home with their families. Okay, okay, I know that idea has been played out one million times but I swear that you’ll have a hard time not feeling emotional while you watch. So many cute clips of AJ, Howie, Kevin, Brian, and Nick doing all the sweet things with their families. So many sunsets. So many little kids. So much romantic slow dancing.

Backstreet Boys are heading for their first No. 1 album in 18 years on the Billboard 200 chart, as industry forecasters expect their new studio set, DNA, to bow atop next week’s tally. Those in the know suggest the effort could earn more than 200,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending Jan. 31. DNA was released on Jan. 25 via the Boys’ K-BAHN label via RCA Records. The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week based on multi-metric consumption, which includes traditional album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). The top 10 of the Feb. 9-dated Billboard 200 chart (where DNA may open at No. 1) is scheduled to be revealed on Billboard’s websites on Sunday, Feb. 3. DNA’s sizable first-week sum will be powered largely by album sales, mostly from those generated by a concert ticket/album sale redemption offer with their upcoming U.S. tour.

Backstreet Boys’ “DNA” unsurprisingly dominated this week’s US album sales and consumption races. According to Hits Daily Double and BuzzAngle, the album sold about 229K pure US copies during the January 25-31 tracking period. With units from track sales and streams included, it generated about 236K in total first-week consumption units. Although Billboard’s more authoritative data may differ slightly, the end result will be the same. The pure sales total will earn “DNA” #1 on the Top Album Sales chart, while the consumption figure will result in a #1 bow on the Billboard 200. In addition to the enthusiasm one would expect for a new BSB album, “DNA” benefited from a concert ticket-album bundle. Albums redeemed as part of the bundle counted toward the pure sales total.
