A swimmer and Iraq veteran famous for her flirtation with Prince Harry and her kind gesture towards the hospital that saved her life tonight won gold in the Paralympic pool. Sgt. Elizabeth Marks, 26, became the Paralympic champion in the 100m Breaststroke SB7. Jessica Long, also of the US, took silver and Lisa den Braber of Holland got bronze. Marks is the charming army medic who touched the heart of Prince Harry when she gave him back her gold medal at the Invictus Games and asked him to return it to the British hospital that saved her life.

Prince Harry is tackling the stigma surrounding HIV by quietly visiting a hospital – a move his late mother, Princess Diana, did decades earlier. Harry, who turns 32 on Thursday, visited Mildmay Mission Hospital in east London last Friday, a few days after he had returned from southern Africa, where he was on the front lines of elephant conservation work. In 1989, Diana memorably shook hands with an AIDS patient at Mildmay and kissed him on the cheek – a gesture that went a long way to highlighting the fight against the illness.

During a visit to a youth mentor training event in Aberdeen on Tuesday, the royal did "the dab" – and the excited teens couldn't believe their eyes. A group of girls couldn't hide their shock when the royal broke into the dance move – made famous by star Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton. Harry isn't one to hold back when he gets the urge to cut loose! The royal has been pictured busting a move at several events over the years.

The sporty royal showed off his soccer skills during an impromptu one-on-one game with a Streetsport volunteer at an event in Aberdeen, Scotland, Tuesday. "It was good fun, he's a good sport," Harry's soccer opponent, volunteer Nordean Elouissi, told reporters. Adds Campbell Roy, Scotland manager of the charity Sported, "A lot of people would have said no, that could lead to an embarrassing moment. But he wasn't worried – he wanted to engage not just in the conversation, but the participation as well."

Ellie Goulding has been romantically linked to Prince Harry on more than one occasion, but she couldn't hide her surprise when she was asked directly if she was expecting the royal's baby this week. The 29-year-old singer appeared on Australian show The Project via video link on Wednesday to talk about the movie Bridget Jones' Baby – her song Still Falling For You appears on the soundtrack – but the conversation quickly turned to her relationship with Harry. "You're not having a baby, though? Just to be clear," she is then asked. "I'm not having a baby anytime soon," the Love Me Like You Do star politely replies. It's at this point that her host decides to directly ask Ellie is she is having Prince Harry's baby. Clearly taken aback, Ellie awkwardly looks around the room, shaking her head. "Please don't make ne go red. I'm bright red," she replies with a laugh. "Why did I have a feeling that was going to come up? Naughty people."
