Ms Ward said in an interview with ABC: “Jared and Ivanka famously don't like it if people don't say great things about them. “This White House is known for knocking down anyone who reports about it and I think Jared and Ivanka are obsessed with public relations, you know, more than anyone else. “I think that most people go into government for public service. I think Jared and Ivanka have gone into self-service.” Following Ms Ward’s inflammatory remarks, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders released a statement calling the book “fiction”. She also added: “It's sad, but not surprising, the media would spend time promoting a book based on shady anonymous sources and false information instead of all the incredible work Jared and Ivanka are doing for the country.”

Ivanka Trump couldn't help but get excited to try on an exoskeleton suit Thursday as she toured the largest Toyota car manufacturing plant in North America. The adviser to POTUS on job creation and economic empowerment, workforce development and entrepreneurship, clapped with glee as she walked around the facility in Georgetown, Kentucky. A video from WTVQ then shows her getting kitted out in the item designed to enhance strength and endurance of assembly line workers. She laughed as she and Governor Matt Bevin adjusted to wearing the piece, then with her jaw wide open gave him a two-handed high five.

The First Daughter of US President Donald Trump came out in support of the bill, claiming it would “chart a bipartisan path forward” for the legislation. However, some say her comments are “shortsighted” in the battle to finally install laws in the US which give new parents paid leave. According to Newsweek, Mr Cassidy said he would co-sponsor the new bill with Democratic Senator Kyrsten Sinema. Responding to the news, Ms Trump wrote on Twitter: “I applaud Senator Cassidy and Senator Sinema for charting a bipartisan path forward on paid leave legislation. “Thank you both your leadership. “Working across the aisle we can deliver for American families.'

President Donald Trump's eldest daughter, Ivanka Trump, is in Ethiopia to promote a US government initiative aimed at advancing women's participation in the workplace. The initiative aims to benefit 50 million women in developing countries by 2025. Ms Trump toured a female-run textile facility in the capital, Addis Ababa. The US policy in Africa under President Trump has prioritised the war on terror and checking the influence of China. When his administration's long-delayed policy on Africa was finally unveiled at the close of 2018, many observers of the continent were quick to point out that it did not include the favoured American staples: promotion of democracy, free and fair elections, political and civil rights. The Women's Global Development and Prosperity (W-GDP), which was launched in February, coincides with President Trump's proposed cuts to foreign aid, and a ban on US aid to health groups that promote or provide abortions.

Ivanka Trump is once again getting heat after sharing her family life on social media. http://instagram.com/p/BwiuJGWBt2F Just two weeks after her post about her youngest son’s sleep habits drew comparisons to the treatment of migrant children in border detention centers, the White House senior adviser is once again being criticized for documenting lighthearted moments with her own kids. http://instagram.com/p/BwDu_1_BpVy While most of her family spent the holiday weekend at Mar-a-Lago in Florida, the first daughter — who, having converted to Judaism ahead of her marriage to Jared Kushner, is celebrating Passover — is enjoying some time off in Wyoming.
